These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.

Glad you came on to my feed! Like the Short videos too! We are the same age. I already do most of your exercises already. Finally lost "The Evil Menopause Weight Gain" which happened overnight! I swear it did! I try to keep my old lady bones protected by muscle for my job. Knees don't like squats at all! The stomach exercises also help the 💩 go through ladies! Do them! It helps with BLOAT and makes you more regular!

I have a hip replacement and my groin area is very weak on that side, lifting the leg is limited and painful, I hope and pray I will overcome and reduce the lower belly 🙏
I have two hip replacement with lots of muscle removed for Bursitis (also former over 65s physio instructer NHS) ...Take it slow, build it up, don't overstretch untill joint feels stronger and more flexible 3 months of Petra and great music too....Can now do one leg weight support, Knee crunches etc with ease....Good Luck 😊
Take it slow and eventually it will get easier and easier.
