I follow up with arm exercise & then I am off for the day. Feeling stronger & positive. I notice my muscles reminding me through my busy day that I have definitely moved them in a powerful way today. I love the seven minute workouts. They look easy and they are but when you’re out of shape, you definitely feel like you had to work out not in pain just that you worked out.
