Did this today. Low impact (I'm 78) but movements reach so many parts of the body including getting that lymph moving. Started it feeling very sluggish. Ended it feeling bouyant and happy. Thanks Petra.
Hi Petra, New to your channel and to exercising, haven't work out for years, I'm 51 now and the weight has certainly crept on and the stubborn belly fat is just like when you first started out. I'm going to make a promise right now, no more excuses, no more buying snack food and chocolate is our biggest weakness in our home, just went for a 15 min walk and come back home and did this first workout of yours, thankyou for making it easy to follow and your advice I've been listening to all makes a lot of sense for women our age! Can't wait to start following and doing all your workouts😊🙏.

This routine is probably effective but I found it too repetitive and lost interest 😢
