I never really worked out before, and I really didn’t think that I was going to stick with it. But today was day 14 in a row of working out with you on this video. Combined with my first time calorie counting, I’ve lost 11 pounds in the past 14 days. I know it was just my whoosh week, and I can’t expect numbers like that every week, but it was so motivating. I think I can do this. Thank you.

I signed up my gym today.
Has been hectic (my workload is massive) past two weeks always something else and something else and something else.
I joined up today. I start officially in professional group setting in few day in Masters Class to start off. I'm really really happy. Walking Around is new way of life as well. I've reduced my cigerette consumption too much money n plus tonnes I move around with no smoke.

This is so doable and fun! Glad I found you! I was as fit as you ore-Covid (at 50) but now at 53 have gained 10 pounds and look flabby and feel less energetic. I’m definitely interested in your 6 week challenge. I was once an avid runner but my hips won’t take it anymore.

Just found your channel and when comparing the style of your videos to others, yours wins😊 LOL. I'm 68 and getting back into working out, as I have 30 lbs to lose. Have tried 2 of your "short" videos but had to stop mid-way cause I was out of breath. I have my work cut out for me! I will persever since I am determined to get down to a healthier weight, so will do your videos in addition to going to the gym. Thank you❤❤

I recently discovered your channel and love your videos. I'm interested in your slim down challenge coming up, but I have two very demanding kids, work, and a house to keep up. I find I am always grazing, always feel hungry. I eat healthy meals and vegetables, but struggle to find enough protein in my day. Protein based meals take time (unlike pasta). I also struggle to address the fact that I always want to eat. I need to lose 20 pounds and I know the workouts alone will not do it. Would love it if you could make a video addressing this sort of thing. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this upload. I only found you on my feed. I have lymphedema, lymphatic disease and I have wear compression garments everyday but this workout reduced my swelling
and after dry brushing, my legs felt better, thank you.. I found that I was sweating and certainly felt the 🔥 burn ♥️💕

With your shorts I’m getting confused with your 14day challenge. 😂😂 So I’ve marked that Monday was flabby arms, Tuesday was Belly fat and today is Wobbly thighs?? It’s great that you do it within 15mins that way I don’t feel bad breaking in between. So have I got your plan right?

Will this get rid of cellulite also?
I have binge working out with you since I found your channel recently. I really like the workout but I have bad knees and the lunges kill me. Can you PLEASE do a knee friendly wobbly leg that also targets cellulite? That would be greatly appreciated! I wanted to join your challenge but I couldn’t due to financial reasons but I’m doing your workouts every day! Thank you!!! 😊

Whenever I do squats my thighs stay sore for days even with warm up and stretches afterwards. I can barely go up and downstairs. Any particular stretches do you recommend????
That shows that you've worked hard - you've got DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). You need to do quad stretches - search for them on here xx
I measured my thighs, then did 100 squats a day, after one year, I was bigger. I took the fat and made muscle. I hated it, I wanted tobe smaller,my husband said, needed to do huge amounts of cardio first, thenwhen liked my weight, then do strength workout, I should have listened to him instead of the 60.00 dollar an hour gym trainer
I am 30 pounds overweight from menopause. I feel so crummy and exhausted at the end of the day. All I want to do is rest. My question is how do I begin working out again? I would really love to lose the weight I just feel so awful and no energy. How do I start working out?
Hi Penny, the ironic thing is that if you workout you will not feel as exhausted at the end of the day - the more you exercise the more energy you have throughout the day. How about you just try one of my 3 min workouts, it will be over and done in a jiffy!! And you will feel so much better that you've done something. And then you're off..... xx
