    I love the fact that your (belly) exercises are not lying on the floor and are back breakers . Thats where I tend to give up . 👍🏻

      Hello, i am so hoping to start, I cannot however seem to start healthy eating, it feels luke my brain is making me binge eat, always in the evenings and up until i go to bed. My high cholesterol is totally dismissed during my nightly binges....Iam 66. !!

    I like your work outs but I do like the ones lying on the floor. I have a bad knee and all the jumping doesn't help it. I do modify my jumps to continue doing them.

    This is so great, thank you! I'm going to give it a try. I am 51, I used to do power yoga (hot) for years. Then I added in some cardio kickboxing which I loved, but my low back began to hurt so bad I could barely stand up straight. Then I pulled something in the iliopsoas area that has never been the same. I need core work badly but the traditional core work (boat, low boat, situps, crunches, etc.) just destroy my low back.

    I've been watching you and signed up to your 7 day plan. Thank you Petra, you are very inspiring! Ready to start your programme. The menopause and the weight gain has been difficult to adjust to after a life of being slim. I've followed a rule to follow the path of those that are successful (for what you want) and so I know I can follow you and it'll be ok .... yay, looking forward to the results!

    😮😮 my legs are, so that's a hard work out for me. lol, I didn't get to the end😂 at 62. I might need to work up to it. Great😂 music 🎶 I'll try again tomorrow. I thought I was fitter than I I'm 😂
