These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.

I like the “no music” tbh. I don’t like the music on the other videos one little bit!!
I have been doing Petra’s workouts for 5 months now, 3-4 times a week, 45 mins each time, selecting 3 or 4 different workouts each time (I have my favourites). I get up at 6 and do them before I go to work. I always do an arm workout with weights and have really toned up my arms. Then I do a thigh one (the 9.05 min is my favourite) and then a couple of others. I walk 3 miles or more 3-4 times a week also and have lost over 20 lbs. I’ve just had 2 weeks with no exercise due to covid and feeling wiped out, and Christmas too. Back on it today though. I am nearly 52 and feel in the best shape I’ve been in since having my first son 15 years ago.

Even without music, was concentrating on current moves as well as the upcoming moves. So many variations. REALLY GREAT WORKOUT!!! Kudos!
Petra thank you! I am 49 and menopausal and 2023 was my worst year for aches and pains and then virtually stopping all consistent exercise and then gaining weight. My depression starting creeping in around October and got worse and I've considered going back on antidepressants and I'm very anti drug. I did this workout for the first time on 12/31/23 and realized how out of shape I am but I also realized my body felt pretty good after and my depression seemed to lessen so I did my 2nd one today. I'm really going to try to stick with it to stay off antidepressants and hopefully lose 7-8 lbs. So far I'm feeling encouraged 🎉 Thanks again!!❤

Hi Petra this is the third morning of exercise for me! I'm 59 and tend to stick to walking most days, but I need to up my game as I'm not getting any younger! already seeing results 👍 thanks to your low impact videos.

Nice!!! 125bpm... searched Spotify for 125 BPM playlists and they played a rock walking music 80's beats for me... almost a perfect match! I added my weighted gloves and ankle weights... and a good sweat overall. Thanks!

I love the work outs with music. But this was can of great also. Without the music and the breaks between the moves. Makes me concentrate more on keeping my form correct.

I prefer no music, then you can pick your own.
Your best workout, I'm 70 now, used to do a lot of high impact aerobics, but my knee's won't let me now,thoroughly enjoyed it

I like the progression into the exercises, and they were very well laid out. I do agree with the other comments that there could’ve been some music to make it a little more upbeat. However, overall, it was a good workout. You can always put on your own music.

I made it to the end, but didn't manage to keep up with all the exercises throughout the whole time...reduced the speed, or let my arms rest...using small weights on ankles and hands.... awesome! Room for improvement, but I am on it!! Thanks, Petra!! 🤩

Switched it off in the middle. This must be an early attempt by you. I felt there were too many switches and moves that were confusing. I generally dislike the musi that accompanies your videos but having no music is worse! I'm going back to some of your other videos! They are mostly great!

I did the whole thing; I'm lazy, and I like the idea of losing weight, however I rarely act on it.
It was when I hit 50 that I began the slow climb up the scale. after 60 even harder. I won't care about my weight in my 90's but for the next 25 years I'd like to be steady. This program will help. Doing it after meals helps the blood sugar regulate also.

I’ve had two strokes so I’m very uncoordinated. I have to do them slow first and the incorporate all the movements. I know they should be easy but I can’t put them all together.

I did but wondered why there wasn’t any music nor any verbal instructions. Visuals are fine but a bit of verbal instructions would be helpful.
