I have to be careful with my back and these sets look doable. I tried yoga go, the lightest movement 2x and it put me down for 4 weeks because of my back. Ugh 😮

I use some of your exercises as a 5min warmup before 15 mins on a mini stepper and then some of your seated exercises as a 5 min warm down. I have been doing this for 4 weeks now and am starting to notice a difference. I'm 43 and in the 1st stages of perimenopause, and gradually been battling the paunch since I turned 40. These exercises are easy and low impact on my knees. Thank you for sharing these tips with us. ❤

Doingour 10 and 15 minites menopause belly exercise for almost 3 weeks now and i can see result and i feel good and ligther.😊😊
A great start of my Sunday morning. Thank you Petra. I don't have to loose weight but my belly looks and moves like jelly pudding. Thanks to Hashimoto, what took away all my energy and more, i stopt training 10 years ago and that shows. It also took away all my muscles! I'm not healthy yet, still working on that, it is a journey, but i'm good enough to do short workouts. All these years I really missed sport and this belly is reminding me of the past hard years. It has to go! I'm in a much better place now so it's time my body gets there too. And i want my toned arms and legs back too. Hashimoto made them very skinny. Muscles are important, specialy when you get older. So with adding your workouts to my weekly yoga and daily walks i hope i will look better in a few months. I'll turn 61 in 2 days (still can't believe it! i feel so much younger) and this is not the way i want to get old. It is not what i want to see when i stand in front of a mirror. And i want to wear sleeveless tops and dresses again :-). So, i think this is enough motivation :-). I do this for my mental and physical health and the looks :-). Thank you for the great workouts.
Really great workout! I can already feel the burn in my lower belly after the first time with this video! I'm 55 and have arthritis and I was able to complete all exercises. Thank you for this fabulous workout! Definitely a keeper.

Just did this. Achievable, builds up at the right pace and now I’m cooling down!! I had a mastectomy 3 weeks ago and nearly all of this was achievable. Thank you.

I had a double mastectomy in May and I’m trying to build up stamina for reconstruction at the end of August. These exercises were very doable and I think will help once the next (and hopeful the last) surgery. 💕💕💕

Greetings from KY, USA! Lovvvvve this routine! After doing it several times as PG does, I added 3lb wrist weights (Velcro straps, nothing to grab onto)... Whatta workout!!! 🤩❤ (P.S.-- Adore the British accent as well!)

This is a great workout. I did it the last 2 days and can feel it in my legs. Which video is your best for that post-menopausal stomach? I would love to add an ab workout too.

What if you have spine problems? Most of these exercises involve repetitive movements of the spine? What to do to flatten belly?
Do i have to hold my tummy in when i do this work out as i find it very hard to do both at same time i do want my tummy to go well this work iv tryed so many fingers crossed this will thank you for getting me going again 😊

How many times should I do this per week

A lot of these exercises shown require the knee to bear weight while repeatedly bending and straightening. This actually causes knees to hurt. It's not as low impact as it seems. I did these for a few days and discovered this. Maybe you could show us alternatives while getting the heart rate up. For example, see exercises at 2:03, at 4:25, at 6:26, at 7:45 and beyond. At 8:23, the exercise shown requires good ankle and knee flexibility. This could be difficult for many people. Request you to post videos with alternatives for such exercises. Simply raising and bending the knees is easy on them but bearing weight and repeatedly bending and straightening the knees is causing soreness. 😞

I did it without shoes but the feet can stick to the floor so shoes may be a good thing to have
No - not necessary, whatever you feel comfortable with. I only wear trainers as I've always wore them when I exercise - habit I suppose! And they are clean - have never been outside!! x
