Really.. when the instructor wears little clothing you can see their progress if they are using diet pills etc . The body will look unhealthy
i find it is easier to see what muscles are working if the instructor is wearing fitted gym clothes, the baggy clothing was distracting for me

How narrow mind is yours. wearing fit clothes makes it easy to do exercises. Wearing chudidhar and doing exercises makes it uncomfortable and chances are there that u might tear dress and create a awkward moment.
“I appreciate the decency.” Wow, how judgmental of you! An instructor at a gym wearing tight or shorts and a bra, doesn’t give the idea of being indecent. As a customer I like to really being able to see how their muscles move and try to emulate them accordingly. You have some issues, you’re either a narcissist and are envious, you have an inferiority complex and you are judgmental. Sorry for you.

I have been looking for something like this, it's easy and there is nothing pretentious about it. Plain and simple exercise and IT WORKS! I can feel the difference after two weeks. I have degenerative arthritis in my spine, including tailbone area, so sitting is difficult, so I've been using a pillow for these exercises. It works well, and I feel so much better!

I have severe arthritis and degenerating spinal column with Caudae Equinae Syndrome which is paralyzing my body. I lost feeling my core area except when pain spikes somewhere.

I hate laying on the floor for push-ups so tried this.. I'm menopause and this worked like magic.. 3 days and I saw the difference and started feeling better. OK, the mushy menopause is still there, but it looks less and less.. Best part: I take my coffee in the morning. Then sit down and do this 10 times.. Takes just a minute and it feels calming not stressful.. Thank you!

I love that you have videos for everyone. Most people post videos that only fitted people or people with full functionality, range of motion can follow. I have degeneration on my spine, I just had surgery, I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I am very limited so your workouts are so helpful to me and thr best thing is that I can do them lol... thank you so much!

I was spectical. As I am suffering from long covid and dizziness, I needed something that would help me get back on track after being bedridden for a couple of months and be more than walking on the treadmill.
I have to say, I felt the difference by the end of the night. This morning I woke up a bit sore. I did this video, the breathing video, and the thighs video. I feel properly worked out. Now I have to see if you have an arms video too.

I'm glad you did this video, Natasha. I've been killing myself stretching out on the mat. It kept my muscles & tendons supple without problems on knees or back. I do have many herniated discs along the spine from cervical to lumbar. I also have an abdominal hernia. Yet, I am much more athletic than many others of my age. This routine will help me with that stubborn midriff fat that I so detest. 🤗💖
Natasha your are amazing, so wise !In only 1 week of performing these exercises 5 X's per week, I could see significant progress when I looked in the mirror and needed to readjust my belt to the last to the smallest size! Although I am flexible and can do sit ups, crunches and leg raises, after decades of repeating these exercises, my ab muscles have become immune to them. I needed to shock my body and do new exercises. Your routine is just what I need! Thank you for sharing your wisdom, I will return the favor.

A titbit:
Before the appearance of mixer-grinders in the kitchen my mother, grandmothers used to grind everything from dosa batter to rice flour to chutneys and masalas in the stone grinding stones. We children too had to pitch in and take turns at turning the stone pestle (?) as they pushed the batter back into the hollow and told us stories. My grandmother had a flat, nearly concave stomach till she died at age 98. Best thing about that grinding stone was that it never broke down or came for repairs.
Must add that till age fifty, when I got my first electric grinder and washing machine and car and . . . and . . . and, I was as slim and flexible as a reed, and the only visits I had made in all those fifty years to a doctor and hospital were for the deliveries of my children.

I used to go to a YOGA class every week, sadly it was no longer offered after COVID.
But I have recently found a class called FITNESS FUN. Some of the exercises are similar to what yr showing in this video. We also use 3-5 lb free weights, balls & stretch bands.
It’s amazing how much of a workout u can get even when some movements r done sitting in a chair.

Hi Natasha. I stumbled across your videos about one month ago and have been doing your exercises every day since. I love that you have compiled such simple but effective exercises. When I used to exercise previously I always ended up hurting myself, but since following you I’ve had no such issues. I’m so happy I found you and have even recommended you to my friends in USA. One question……could this rowing exercise be performed on the bed? Obviously not the side movements, but you have a video where you performed the same rowing exercises on the floor. You are obviously very dedicated to this cause and kudos to you for persevering and loosing so much weight. Please keep inspiring us.

I’m in the same position. I’ve had two full knee replacements, and recent back surgery to relieve nerves that were being suffocated causing great pain. In addition, my spine has had a fracture. I can’t explain the amount of pain I’m in radiating down my legs.
I pray this works! I don’t want to have weight loss surgery as recommended by my surgeon.😢

This exercise is modified from floor exercise to sitting on the chair which is less strenuous to people who likes more relaxing workout. Definitely, creating great results in both exercises.
