I've tried this multiple times and lost a stone every time but it wasnt this one its the one with just eggs apples and oatmeal. If you didn't lose weight you definitely didn't follow it properly and most likely had untracked calories

Today weighed myself and I have lost 2.5Kgs 😀😀 I was finding it difficult to loose weight with a diet plan where protien was considerably low,as recommended by a dietitian. Oh my God I have problems with my body high blood pressure 190 160 diabetes level 9.7 high cholesterol and very low in vitamin D. I am taking day off for a month to fix my body. It's week one day 5. I have been doing exercise two times a day over 20000 steps every day. I cut off all sugar drinks oily food salty food and almost everything. I come a cross and found your channel.
Good news after exercise one week my blood pressure dropped down 180 to 120 as normal this is a great result for my commitment week one. It's week two begins today I am going to bring down sugar level. I only drink water and fruit juice. At last I need glucose in my body but my sugar level must equal as my body need. Godless you 🙏

That Egg Roti for lunch looks amazing! Definitely going to make it. Most people do not have the time to make each individual meal fresh, so most of your foods can be made in bulk and frozen in the daily portions. Which is what I would do. Mam i started doing from yesterday and I'm feeling the changes in my body. Due to anxiety i checked my weight today morning and saw i lost 1.5 kg.. super happy 🤩🤩🤩 will update you after 2 days by completing it.. i also have a doubt, can we do the same for a week? Very low in vitamin D so I am taking fish oil tablets and fatty fish as doctor described. Life is beautiful with self care.

Mam i started doing from yesterday and I'm feeling the changes in my body. Due to anxiety i checked my weight today morning and saw i lost 1.5 kg.. super happy 🤩🤩🤩 will update you after 2 days by completing it.. i also have a doubt, can we do the same for a week? And after 3 days if we stop then do we regain the weight as before.
