    Morning drink 1 Tb apple cider vinegar
    Walk 20 min
    Breakfast 2 egg capsicum
    11:00am 1 apple or guava or orange and green tea cup
    Lunch egg roll roti 1 ts chutney
    5 almond 2 walnut green tea
    Dinner omelete pizza
    2-3 litre water
    Night drink 1 ts apple cider vinegar

    Starting weight - 69kg

    Thank you for these tips. I don't have a fridge but there's a lot of vegetable vendors outside my apartment. I guess you gave me new ideas on how to pursue my weight loss war. I thought I need to eat uncooked vegetables all the time but this simple idea made me realize a lot of things. Thank you!     Yes, I am in. Let's do it. Plank, exercise & deep breathing along with balanced meals are what I follow. Unable to walk 7-8kms on any given day nowadays even in split due to certain recent conditions. Would love to hear from you.

    Been doing this egg diet for 5 days now. Wanna know how much weight I’ve lost: 0 lbs. I’ve been doing an exercise routine along with it. Where do these people claim they are losing 3kg(6.6 lbs) in 3 days? I’m calling BS on this.

      I've tried this multiple times and lost a stone every time but it wasnt this one its the one with just eggs apples and oatmeal. If you didn't lose weight you definitely didn't follow it properly and most likely had untracked calories

    Hi Mam, updating you after completing egg diet from Monday to Thursday. Today weighed myself and I have lost 2.5Kgs 😀😀 I was finding it difficult to loose weight with a diet plan where protien was considerably low,as recommended by a dietitian. But after following the egg diet, I have lost from 99.4 to 96.9 - 2.5kgs. Today and tomorrow I'll follow your banana diet (as im following a vrat) , already started following.. 😀😀😀 thank you so much mam..

      Even I didn't face constipation as I kept myself hydrated enough, also drank chia seeds water at 4pm everyday which i usually do and followed everything you suggested in the video.. I've thyroid pcod slow metabolism issue...

    I have been humiliated many a times for my size . I am depressed about it.. tired many things but I failed . My hair is very scanty and very frizzy... No style can be done. Give my some diet for that too. Sri Lanka.

      Hi noshi, my advice to dont follow
      I applied breakfast:3 boil eggs+1 green tea
      Lunch:3 boil eggs+1 apple+ 1 green tea
      Dinner: 1 bowl oat+1 green tea
      From breakfast to lunch drink 1ltr water, same water from lunch to dinner, then after dinner drin 500ml water
      Alhamdullillah 1 loose 18kg in a month

    Your channel is very unique and funny as the same time how is work on daily basic to control our body. My exercise the first 2 days was a bit hard but it's stable now.       My problem is two things to avoid my foods 1. avoid sugar level foods 2. cholesterol foods between that I now care about myself what I eat not 5 years back careless eating. Godless your family. Your channel is valuable for everyone who need help.

    Ma'am, great plan. Just one thing. Apple cider vinegar is a killer for some people. My stomach gets burnt and recovery is slow. Other than that, great.

    But
    I got covid after 10 days, my immunity was extremely weak, i fought hardly with disease, 18 days on bed . Steroids saved me though

    Oh my God I have problems with my body high blood pressure 190 160 diabetes level 9.7 high cholesterol and very low in vitamin D. I am taking day off for a month to fix my body. It's week one day 5. I have been doing exercise two times a day over 20000 steps every day. I cut off all sugar drinks oily food salty food and almost everything. I come a cross and found your channel.

      Good news after exercise one week my blood pressure dropped down 180 to 120 as normal this is a great result for my commitment week one. It's week two begins today I am going to bring down sugar level. I only drink water and fruit juice. At last I need glucose in my body but my sugar level must equal as my body need. Godless you 🙏

    That Egg Roti for lunch looks amazing! Definitely going to make it.
    Most people do not have the time to make each individual meal fresh, so most of your foods can be made in bulk and frozen in the daily portions.
    Which is what I would do. Thank you Natasha for your inspiring dietary choices!!
    However, there's no way I can eat that many times a day...hahah!~

    Thank you Natasha for sharing. l had tried egg diet last year but it caused me to have cholesterol that l don't normally have, most especially when l added oil to my food and I used olive oil most of the time. When you're cooking and adding oil and chess how about cholesterol? Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Happy to see your simple Exercises after trying with other channel stretches,workouts felt hard for me with 2 C sections..
    Tq Natasha..One doubt: Can we do this 3 days Egg Diet plan during Periods?
    Also 8 to 10 Hours sleep is not at all possible one for me due to work Routine. Shall I take nap in day time?

    Mam i started doing from yesterday and I'm feeling the changes in my body. Due to anxiety i checked my weight today morning and saw i lost 1.5 kg.. super happy 🤩🤩🤩 will update you after 2 days by completing it.. i also have a doubt, can we do the same for a week? And after 3 days if we stop then do we regain the weight as before.

    Our family prepare Egg Vegetables omlte daily for break fast .
    In our country most peoples prepre anda, piaz,tamater omlte
    (They also add black piper Lahori namak, dahnia, podina)
