Every claim is backed by "in a study"... it does not matter at all whether the 'study' was conducted in a rigorous manner or not.
But it's OK for Fit Tuber... as long as "our (Hindu so-called Sanatanist) ancestors" and "Ayurveda" are praised indiscriminately, he will keep laughing all the way to the bank. 👍👍

I am 50 years old with thyroid autoimmune disease menopause overweight . One of my everyday challenges was my bowel movement. Every time I added more vegetablew or fruits to my diet I had diarrhea. Drinking hot water in morning & evening is sufficient & is also good for lungs too, it helps me in cough but don't drink hot water all time, otherwise when you drink cold drink/water or eat ice-cream you will get cold-cough instantly, thats my experience it may vary with yours.

As ginger is heat producing and also hot water, how to include these in such warm temperature these days where we always look for cold water to drink either from freeze or mataka.

Just 1-2 glass of lukewarm water is enough during summer season.
Raw ginger doesn't suit everyone, dried ginger powder is better tolerated.
Ginger tea is actually good after a meal, it helps with digestion. I'm not sure as bout plain ginger and water. But yeah during winter we make ginger milk in South Africa it has a good warming effect, it's similar to Indian turmeric milk but with ginger added

Today I made sprout chat.. super tasty. I used mustard oil instead of sesame oil. It was already very tasty but I added some green chilli to give it real chat taste. My picky husband loved it too.

also your body burns fat when u are in a caloric deficit. No amount of hot water will break your fat (which is usually under the skin) for digetion unless u are in a caloric deficit
I don’t know about studies, but i’ve experienced personally that warm water gives a feeling of fullness and helps prevent overeating. Whenever i am fasting, i consume warm water as it helps control my hunger pangs

I drink hot water everyday after waking up( I have been doing this for nearly 8-10 years and I am now in my teens)
I even eat cabbage and sprouts(not daily)
And my mother adds barley in roti(of course I don't consume it daily but I eat it often)
But I haven't lost a single gram of weight
(This is not a negative response it's just my experience and I wonder why? I believe in his videos and other videos helped me a lot)
Hi sister, you have to concentrate in your calorie in take. You should maintain it below 1400 per day. Also give as much as gap between dinner and next day breakfast. Don't eat anything other than pure water during this period. Also take hot ginger water or green coffee at night. Avoid stress and believe in yourself. You will get the result within 2-3 months
Please take care to take lukewarm water in morning not hot water. I did this mistake earlier 😅
