It does work. My sugar carvings were gone, had painless and regular periods after reversing my PCOD, lost weight, slept well, anxiety was reduced, bowel movements and digestion improved. In my case i started noticing these changes only after i had it for 2-3 months. I will also add that proper exercise and conscious eating choices are important. I learned and practiced this with Satvic Movement’s 5 am Challenge, my online trainer helped me with physical training. It took time and i was not constant. But i just kept pushing and it started paying off. I lost 12 kgs in 1 year. There were small moments of success that kept motivating me. I have not taken a single medicine for pcod in 3 years.

In South India, there is a sweet named Uluthankali prepared for girls. The ingredients are black urad dal, palm jaggery and wood pressed gingely oil. Either soak black urad dal in water for a few hours and grind or make a dry powder. Now stir after adding palm jaggery and keep adding oil as you stir. Add Elachi. It is delicious as well as immensely nourishing. Also try having a variety of fruits including citrous ones anytime. First thing in the morning should be a plenty of water. Wait for appetite and then take honey.

I have been making a smoothie of the following things -
1. Almonds
2. Walnut

4. Blueberry
5. Cranberry
6. Dates
7. Seeds
I make it either with banana and cow milk or oat milk. My skin and hair have significantly improved.
Sushmita: I do that too but use 'Almond Milk' with probiotic yogurt - good for gut health which is vital 😋 👌

I am confused about when to take sunlight... Some say early morning is good whlie others say 10 - 4 pm is the best time ( claiming that the UVB rays are intense during this time so our body absorbs Vitamin D properly)

I am not lying but whatever Vivek said about these superfoods is absolutely true. I have been taking exactly these same nuts for a year and as a result i have lost weight, getting more energy throughout the day and my hair and skin quality have also improved a lot. 😊
