    Thank you for your valuable advice. As a South African Indian 🇿🇦we grew up with moringa also. Even my grandchildren love the drumsticks in dhal. Most of the Indian natural foods are “medicinal“ by nature. Preparation is the key here.

    I always grind 5kgs of whole wheat, 250 gms of white channa and 100gms of soya. I have been using this proportion for last 10 years. Now as you said I will change the combination. Thank you.

    Good content from this guy. We need such RUclipsrs promoting benefits of Indian Ayurvedic food. Right now RUclips is filled with content that makes you think all the superfoods are part of western cuisine (which is not as wholistic as Indian food used to be).
    Being a South Indian from a farmers family in Tamil Nadu, eating different millets, black sundal/ channa, and every part of Moringa is part of our usual diet.

    I come from a farmer's family, and my mom and dad used to keep the bran as it is while giving it to the flour mill. When I used to help them clean the grains, they used to tell me to keep the wheat bran. Now I know why!❤

    I put lemon juice and haldi on flaxseed , allow to dry for a day.
    Roast in a dry pan and eat a teaspoon after dinner or add to mukvas.
    People have said mukvas is very tasty.

    Hi Vivek! Could u please do a detailed video on the pesticides, insecticides and chemicals used in growing these grains? Cancer, Diabetes autoimmune and heart related ailments are so common that 50% people have any of these or a combination of them.
    So Chakki atta is great! I have some issues with this:
    1) unhygienic - the flour mill equipment was washed and cleaned before it was used for the first time some 30-40 years ago.
    2) Fungus - Grains grow fungus since the grain available has x% of moisture in them. So all machinery used to grind these, plus ground atta kept for x days have fungus growth in them.
    3) Vitamin content - Ground grains kept for x hours have a significant loss in vitamins.
    Abhi kar liyae itna hi...
    Hope you look into this

    I use flax seed powder along with wheat flour while making Chappati. It helps to regulate periods too. I skipped flax seed powder for 2 months from my diet few months back and I think that was the main reason for delayed periods for those 2 months .

    SUMMARY
    atta is staple for most of indians. Just by mixing any 1 of these 5 things in atta it can become a superfood.
    1. Wheat bran
    Contains fibre iron magnesium etc. wheat has 3 parts bran, endosperm and germ. When atta is made bran is removed and in maida even the germ is removed. That's why maida sticks to intestines. To make your atta more nutritious you can add wheatbran to it. It has insoluble fibre in huge amount for curing digestive problems. In 5 kg atta mix 1 kg of wheat bran.
    2 black chana
    High in protein and anti sugar roti. Mix 1 kg atta and 250 gm black chana.
    3 Another grain
    Mix any one grain along with atta.
    Jowar in summers as its cooling for the body. 5 kg wheat plus 1 kg jowar. For cutting body fat barley can be added. To improve haemoglobin levels add ragi flour. In winters, bajra or pearl millet can be added. 5 kg wheat plus 1 kg any grain.
    4 flaxseeds
    Rich in omega 3. Medicine for constipation. First dry roast and add grinded flaxseeds to atta. For 5 kg of atta 250 gm flaxseeds is enough.
    5 moringa
    Contains 7x more vit c than oranges, 10x more vit a than carrots 7x more calcium than milk, 15x more pottasium than banana, 25x more iron than spinach. Per 5 kg of wheat 100 gm moringa is good enough.
    Older the grain the better, fresher the atta the better. So ek mahine mein pisa ata consume kra jaen utna piswaen. Or fresh chakki mein piswaen pakaged ataa na khaen jise bleach vgera kiya jata h.

    Earlier I used to add 4,5 grains in Atta but in this video, he teaches that max 1 or 2 addition is ok as Ayurveda does not recommend adding too much grains in your atta

    I am taking moringa powder for so long with water,With in a week! What I have seen is…..pimples and acne’s getting clear up,clear skin and the main important thing is THE GLOW in face and my hair turning pure black and skiny, No doubt it’s a superfood but the problem is, when i buy moringa powder from flipkart and amozon ,I feel like the powder is mixed with the stones,If any one find the powder without stones do ping me!!!

      ​@@DckmoveBanner It is a dangerous chemical colour used to make raw turmeric powder more attractive and darker yellow adding yellow color chemical which is very dangerous to digestion, hormones , brain nerves etc that Chemical called METANIL YELLOW and it is a Food Banned chemical also used illegally in some Toor Dals to make it more yelloish but unhealthy for our healths.

    Bajara is dry in nature so requires more Ghee. Flax seeds have omega 3 which reacts with oxygen, so grind on daily basis or keep it in air tight container for 1to 2 days.

    I soak whole wheat for 5/ 6 hours and grind it... make dosa. Is it equal to bran mixed atta?
    I sprinkle some flex seed on normal dosa, it it right?

    Everytime I get fresh moringa leaves, I wash, boil it in little water for 5 minutes by adding a pinch of turmeric, and then add this to atta and knead the atta. It becomes super tasty and super healthy.

    I like all the information you shared in this video. I do not live in India so my question is: can whole wheat flour be considerated as "atta". Where I live we have whole wheat flour and white flour and I do not know if "atta" is something different. Thank you and congratulations for your excellent work!

    Your videos are so informative. We lived in pakistan, where we used to get fresh atta from local chakki, but unfortunately, there is no chakki to get fresh atta direct from chakki in canada, and we have to rely on packaged flour.

    Do we have to use Moringa Powder? Can we use Fresh Moringa leaves when kneading flour?

    I take one spoon of Moringa in hot water in the morning empty stomach daily. Moringa is known to have anti cancer properties. I add jowar/ragi/grounded roasted black chana in semolina and make sort of a chilla, I don’t eat wheat. For flax seed the thing is omega 3 is heat sensitive and roasting destroys most of it but as fiber it will probably still work. Cranberry juice is good but don’t take a lot of it , it can cause kidney stones.

    Hi Vivek, I have been using bare anatomy ultra smoothing hair mask to repair my damaged and brittle hair. I have used it 4-5 times. So far I haven't noticed any side effects. Can you make a video checking the ingredients list of this product and tell us if it's safe or not. If not, can you suggest some affordable alternatives? It will really be helpful

    Hello @FitTuber - Hope you are doing awesome - Had one doubt - You said towards the end of this video "Add any two" Is there any specific reason why said only two? - I will tell you what I was planning to so that you can guide me better on this please - I was planning for 1 spoon of each of Wheat Bran, Black Chana Flour, Raagi Flour, Moringa Leaves powder, Wheat Grass powder and Flax seeds - dry roasted and then powdered for a preparation of 10 Chapatis / Rotis.
    Do you think this can have any negative impact?
