      Your all exercises are good, I can feel the difference. I'm doing it since 8 months and lost 18 lbs so far.

    Please also make workout series for people with lower back issues as some exercises like squats, windmills etc are difficult to do with lower back pain.

    Do I do these daily, every other day? I started them today and can feel the difference in my sides from stretching.

      Start with every other day, and adjust based on how your body feels. Avoid pain and increase frequency gradually. Good luck💪❤️
