    Started this work out today at nearly 43 years old. Found the moves easy to do and felt like I had done something at the end of it. Will keep doing.

      @Kerry Gilham, Hi Kerry, I'm also a Kerry, lol, I'm just turned 44 and I haven't exercised in years but wow excellent stuff, i too felt something different for a change, I have cardiac issues ( I think a love for cheese did that lol) but I too feel a difference instantly, absolutely fab. Keep up the hard work 💪 I'd love to know how others felt after their 1st workout on this channel as I'm a 1st timer. Great to see its helped someone of my age too. Good luck Kerry Xx

    I woke up 4:00am this morning and ran across this workout. I tried it and really like these workouts. Not vigorous to the point of making you sick. Very motivated exercise to do each morning.

      Yea I was doing it and hiit and it made my chest and lungs hurt. 🤢☹️

    I adjusted the video settings to half speed and really enjoyed the workout. So many of these videos, especially for any age group go so fast it makes it feel like injury is inevitable. Slowing it down also allows me to get the form with precision and really feel the burn of each move while not going so fast that anything snaps

    HONEST TO GOD; I watched my wife for years run the treadmill and never lose weight. Finally she started to "Change her WorkOuts IE: Dance Classes, Yoga, High/Low, Body Strong.... I've seen a drastic change in my wife's (51 yrs) body tone, weight loss and stronger!!

      Wow so amazing, I’ve noticed that dance, aerobic exercises etc is more effective too. Maybe because it’s more fun.

    Just ran across this an can’t wait to try I’m 47 an living with cirrhosis an very healthy today🙏🏼❤️ however it’s hard to exercise without inflammation to my stomach…so can’t wait to try this workout 💪🏼💪🏼

    I hv started today I am 46 let me see if it works
    Earlier I was doing cycling till 45 but now it is not easy

      U can do walk everyday do exercise without jumping waali...sugar Kam KR do only in tea ..Meri bhi 2 years pehle surgery hut this ..bus jump mat krna even after 2 years

    2nd time and lovin the video work out thank u, i am newly 48 and this is just enough for me, esp that im in the beginning of gettin stronger. 10mins is an easy vid, just enough time to be an easy-commit to everyday or every other, and challengin enough im not too out of breath with my asthma and im still pushed cuz its only day2 thx

    Woke up 6am today. Nothing to do, im supposed to be asleep until 8am, but husband left early 5am , for his fishing hobby.
    I couldnt go back to sleep alone.
    So i scrolled youtube for an easier work out , mid 40's.

    Roberta's gym I am petite so for me its not anout losing weight but staying fit and healthy . Most exercises emphasizes losing weight . I need some recommendations so that im doing the exercises that is right for me .

    I am 46 years old and doing this exercise daily along with your other exercises like 8 exercises to shrink belly fat and warm up
    It really works
    After doing standing abs Exercise i felt pai i my knees ?
    Is it ok or I should stop doing it ?

    My mother is 51 ...I think she can do it too...how many times a day do she have to do it...if you tell that it would be comfortable...she's ready to do it💜

      Beema, that's totally up to her body if she can handle the workout. The goal is to keep her energized and excited to come back everyday so that she will continuously burn calories on a daily basis and see results. Results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard we train. So it’s still best to actually try and do the workout to really find out the results for herself. Good luck!❤️💪

    Kindly add for arms and thigh fat burns...above 40 for women...I have though started with 8 exercises to reduce belly fat.. Hope it shows good results

    Hi Roberta. I just need some suggestions. Me almost 40 now and trying for pregnancy. My height is 1.65 mts and my weight is 55 Kg. Should I go for these regular workouts or should I take some precautions. Please guide. Thanks.

      That's the same issue with my wife, she is 39 and considering whether she should go for pregnancy or not since it might be risky

      Thank you for visiting the channel. That is a good question. It takes 15 minutes to burn 100 calories. The calories burned depend on your current weight, height, age, gender, and metabolism. Now if you're a beginner, I suggest you do a quick workout like 7-10mins (you can find tons of these in our channel) and find which one works best for you. The most important thing here is for you to find a workout that you enjoy doing and will make you come back everyday so you'll be motivated to exercise regularly.
