      Maine puri video me svaas prasvas (inhale-exhale) bataya hai. Parantu jab hold karenge posture ko tab breathing normal hogi. Anyatha, posture mein jaate ya aate huye, jab bhi lungs contrist hongi waha exhale hai aur jaha bhi lungs expand hongi waha inhale hai.
      Dhyan rakhe, jab bhi pose hold hoga Kuchh der bhi tab breathing normal hogi.

      Right leg bend na hone ka kya reason hai ye jaanna jaruri hai , knee problem hai ya koi operation hai ya koi chot .
      Apko yaha ek sujhav diya ja raha hai aap knee bending exercises kar sakte hai .

      Ji aap kar sakte hai lekin abhyas or khana ke bich mai kam se kam 2.5 se 3 hours hone chahiye .

      Aap ki baton se yeh pata chal raha hai ki aap gurdan mein gap yani cervical spondylosis ki baat kar rahe hai. Aise mein bhi aap is video mein dikhaye jadatar asano ka abhyas kar sakte hai. Parantu, agar jada hi pain hai ya chakkar aadi aate hai to phir aap doctor se baat kar ke hi kare.

      2 se 3 bar dono side se doharaye or har side se kam se kam 20sec se lekar 30 sec tak hold kare ager aap ko koi samasya nhi ho rahi h.
