    Just discovered this now even though most people were doing it during quarantine times but just before going gym this is a great light warm up so you body does not ache

    This is really fun!! I did this for about 2 weeks and my flexibility really improved!! It helped me become more active and it made me enjoy working out!! Even though I was inconsistent, i still lost about 1.5kg in a short period of time. ✊💗

    hi i got a knee cramp at the end when doing side bends. is this fine? i’m 47 kgs.

      Hello, bad meow! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Again, on your next workout try to do warming up exercises first and let me know how it goes. Hope this help! Good luck and Happy workout!💪

    I want to lose at least 10kg.. Any advise and recommendation on routine exercise? I have succesfully did this walk 1 mile today.. Going to do it daily.

      Even u do 3hrs exercise but still eat a ton of foods. U wont lose any kg. I recently watched medical explanation that if u really wanna lose weight is u start dieting uself. Proper diet

    Can you please give me some advice on diet and workout for weight gain. I am 24 years old and I weigh 43 kgs height 5.5'

      You got this, Apurva Pamalwad! I hope that by doing this workout you'll be able to see the weight loss results you wish to see. As for the diet, I don't believe in strict diets. But I do discourage you from eating sugar and grains and foods that consist of these. Instead, you should have a balanced nutrition that will help you lose weight faster! Weight loss depends on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. On average, our body can lose 3-7kg in a month by doing just any workout you can find on our channel. You may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet. Good luck and keep exercising to see results!💪
