I'm gonna start doing this exercise today and let me tell you the final result. At present my weight is 84kg . Day 1: completed with 1hr of walking with no diet ✅ Day 2: Didn't do this workout but did yoga for 30mins + 4km of walk. Day 3: completed successfully with an hr of walking+some yoga. (For a week I couldn't do this exercise due to some reason.) Day 12: again started and my current weight is 83kg.1 kg has been reduced. Day 13: completed Day 14: completed with 45mins walk

Completed and added ten sit ups to finish it off been doing this for about six days now with a few other videos. Need to cut the energy drinks out and cigs but I'm still doing this and hopefully better results when I stop the bad things. This is rather easy for me especially suffering with asthma so thank you 😊

I hope I won’t lose track because I‘ve had enough. I hate my lack of discipline. I really want to lose weight to become more confident and healthy. I‘m currently at about 77 kg and I‘m 171 cm tall. My first milestone is 70 kg. My final goal is gonna be around 60 kg. Changing my eating habits is gonna be the hardest part though, but I won’t let that discourage me. Don’t give up on your goals, remember why you started!💕

I was doing other videos and I forgot this one as summer happened so I had to go walking when it cooled down in the evening instead of these work outs. Well, I tried this one the other day and I used light ankle weights. Wow!! Great workout!
@Jadilyn Hayes Hi there. I am 59 and it is harder to lose weight the older you get. My work schedule and the humidity have made it a challenge as far as working out but so far I've lost 3 lbs. I really like the 15 minute rapid results workout and the 12 minute before bed time videos. I started out with the standing/no jumping videos. If you can be consistent and really watch what you eat....Im sure you will see results. Good luck and check back. My work load just got lighter so I can devote more time to myself.😁
I started this workout a few days back and now I was curious to check my weight because many comments had motivated me some people had written that they lost 2 to 3 kg in 4 to 5 days but then when I checked my weight I had gained 2 kg since the day I started this workout. Just completed it. It was quite a long exercise but it wasn’t hard!! Day 1: complete!!😋 Day 2: complete!! I’m sweating balls (I also did stretches before this) my body feels good after, but during? 😭🙏 Day 3: I completed it, it was easier than the first two times but I still am sort of weak with some parts of the exercises. Day 4: missed bc I was tired Day 5: completed!! I hate leg drops with a passion.
Doing this workout for a whole month! (This is for my summer body) Starting with: 53.3 Day 1: it was pretty hard and I was shaky, but at the end it got a bit better, I also felt more energetic and more awake after I finished.

Ashanti Mohamed You don't have to listen to what others have to say. They always need some tea and that's it. If you're losing weight, you're doing it for yourself, so that you're healthier and fitter, not to prove it to them. I hope this helps.

I hope these exercises work because I am going to do it. I lost a lot of weight by eating one low calorie meal a day and a small snack. Lol I don't know if that's healthy but it worked! Now I just want to firm up and get as close to my teenage body as I can.

I was eating normal food as a south Indian I eat 2 dosa and 2 idly mostly some times Sundays ill have 2 poori and drink 2 liters of water a day lunch I eat salads like paneer salad chicken salad veggies salad fruit salad coz it's important to have a good taste too then in evening ill have red or blue or black tea and at night ill eat oats with one fruit like banana mango or strawberry. then i also do some face workout before going to bed .

Day one:✅pretty easy did it at 12pm,5pm and 8pm with a good diet

I hope these exercises work because I am going to do it. I lost a lot of weight by eating one low calorie meal a day and a small snack. Lol I don't know if that's healthy but it worked! Now I just want to firm up and get as close to my teenage body as I can.

I was eating normal food as a south Indian I eat 2 dosa and 2 idly mostly some times Sundays ill have 2 poori and drink 2 liters of water a day lunch I eat salads like paneer salad chicken salad veggies salad fruit salad coz it's important to have a good taste too then in evening ill have red or blue or black tea and at night ill eat oats with one fruit like banana mango or strawberry. then i also do some face workout before going to bed .

I started exercising again after a long break and i started with this video,i felt light and energised but somehow i did not find this challenging and i also did not sweat much,plz suggest me any workout playlist which would be challenging and of short duration ( 20 to 30 minutes)as i want make sustainable workout plan for myself.
