      Yes Jellycat be proud of that! Not shy. I'm with you. I also do this exercise daily from yesterday. I do it in front of my mom only she says. Keep it up! But do exercise daily. Otherwise 1.Pain 2.Start Again. But the results will be Awesome I know... So Jellycat train insane or remain the same. I encourage you with my open heart. You can do it!

    After a month of this exercise, my weight loss from 53kg to 49kg. This is the most suitable and best exercise for me. I'll go till my weight goal (43kg). Fighting !!!

Don't listen to what they say about the "ideal body type" believe me it's complete bullshit. It doesn't mean ANYTHING.     I used to do this workout a year ago and it was so helpfull my body got a perfect shape but i had to stop this due to my exams and studies but now am starting this again because this video is completely trustworthy and want my perfect body back

    completed the whole 30 minute work out for the first day. with very little difficulty. but I stuck in there. looking for results. im so proud of my self.praying to keep up with this everyday. outside of walking . Thank Roberta. im glad I landed here.God Bless you😊

    Hey Roberta your workouts are just awesome I have been doing your workouts since June and I have already lost 3 kgs with a little bit diet. I had started with your 14 days weight loss work out. Now I do a combination of 30 mins full workout, belly fat exercises & 1 mile walk.This circuits will be my next change.

      @@mahakvarshney3251 hey im not a pro but, just remove sugar from your diet and any extra oily food\junk. You can eat anything you like other than that, if you crave chips etc you should eat corn it works. Other than that, just stay consistent. GOODLUCK.

    It has been a month since I'm doing this exercise... I'm glad that i chose to workout with the help of this video... It gave me great results...i could see my face and whole my body turing into the way i wanted...i didn't measure the weight but i can clearly see the results ...i did this exercise without skiping any day and drinking 2-2.5 l of water daily also i didn't take sugar and any other junk but i was eating all the food my mother cooked for me at home... I'm so happy and still continuing with this

    First two days it was really challenging!! So I did some cool down routines and from third day I can do it and now on 7 th day I can do all of these workout and could see visible sweat and flexibility!! 🎉

    Getting results day by day...thanks roberta's gym for such result full exercise... Only one thing to be done that is being consistent and doing the workout for 30 days...     I have done this exerice for 30 days, I lost about 4 kgs from 67 to 63 with the diet of saying no to (oil and sugar). I'll continue this work out till I reach 55 kgs.

    Alhamdulillah! just after working out for one week i have seen sufficient results! its hard but its worth it..

    9th August was my first day of exercise.. The most difficult part for me is to maintain regularity and not give up.. I like the small change I feel in these 7 days ... But because I am so impatient.. I give up and then have to start over once again.. The community here is really motivating.. Thanks Roberta foe this workout.. Love the sweat at the end of each 30min..

    Today was my first day of trying this workout. Legs become very sore but definitely worth it.. I hit my toe hard mid workout so it became tough.. finished around 15 minutes and did some jogging.. Guess it's a good start and I'll continue this and try my best! Will let you know how it goes

    I completed 28 days challenge for this workout. I think there is no big change in weight loss but appeared in good shape and fit. That’s all my result. Weight loss may be 0.5 kg in these hard workout. May be I didn’t follow any special diet plan and even ate flour Products such as deserts, cake, bread and snacks in these days. Somedays, I did overeating. No high decrease in weight number but got in good shape and thinner than before.
