This is great. Good for you. Last week I did the CARDIO one too. Just started this one today. Did you notice loss of weight on your belly? I’m a thin girl but that’s Important mainly aiming for. The belly area.
The only advice I can give anyone is even if you don't get all the way through, the point is to challenge yourself, as long as you feel like you got in some good exercise then your already doing a good job.
I've been doing this absolutely amazing workout for 2 and a half weeks, and I went from a 6 pack of snack's to a six pack of abs. Even though I didnt start dieting until after week 1, it worked beautifully. Thanks Roberta ❤🔥

I have been doing this workout for about 4 days now and I am starting to notice the change in my body! I have not been happy with my body for about a month now and I resorted to starving my self. Of corse that was not the right choice and I am very angry at myself for doing that because I was always low on energy and always felt dizzy and nauseous. I got tired of it and looked up workouts and this one caught my interest. I started dieting but still eating and doing these workouts and my body feels amazing! Thank you so much roberta for helping me learn that I can eat and still have a great body.

Its a great workout challenge. Thank you Roberta. Day 1: It was easy and I skipped some of the rest time. *** I was wrong. Day 2: I really feel I cant skip the rest time which means yesterday I didn't do some exercises correctly that why I felt rest time was more. Day 3: I feel difference in body Day 4: sweat a lot and feel used to it. Day 5: Done. T-plank and oblique twist squats are my hard part in this routine. I feel I'm doing much better today. Day 6: completed Day 7: completed 74, 76, 85 Day 8: Done Day 9: Done Day 10: Done. Today I did evening not in morning. Day 11: Skipped because first day. Did 2 sets of 4 min of lower belly exercises only. Day 12: Done. Today back to normal before breakfast. Day 13: Done. Woke up late so had light food and then completed. Day 14: completed 73,74, 84. For beginners these exercises are perfect as there are more rest time. Result: I see middle line and upper Abs. Middle Abs line and 11 line not well defined. Lower belly unchanged. I am going to continue. Extra days: Going to include some lower belly workout. Day 15: Done Day 16: Done. 2 days skipped after this day since I was travelling. Day 17: Done after 2 days. Need to take different challenge or advance level. I didn't sweat even I extended the same exercises for sometime in rest time. Seems like this challenge too easy for my body. @@wms483 just eat something healthy don't forget to drink alot of water that's very important and do workouts but plz don't try to not eat something u need it bc once u do that and u ate just a small amount of food ur mostly to gain all ur weight and have a healthy diet, and eat something healthy hope that's help, also if u can drink lemon with hot water that would be great. 1 don't eat alot of higher calories 2 drink alot of water 3 have a good diet 4 eat something healthy u need to eat bc when u don't eat you'll lose weight but once u eat a little something tiny food you'll get all ur calories back and it will eventually continue so eat healthy food 5 do exercise 6 drink lemon with hot water if u can take that's sour 7 and if u want some milk i recommend u use "low fat milk" that's all have a nice day.

It's my first day and my thighs hurt like hell. I thought this workout was very easy in the start but as I continued I started running out of breath. I'll try my level best to complete this for 2 weeks to see the changes.

If you're a beginner and you're not used to physical activities, it's quite normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. Hi guys! Just wanted to say this is amazing! The only workout that has worked for me. I have been doing it for a week and i can already see a difference in my stomach. I have not been doing any dieting but just eating clean and healthy. I have also not been bingeing. I recommend trying to eat smaller portions of what you usually would! Also drink chia seed water and chia pudding! Smoothies have been one of my go to snacks too! Remember you can still eat things that you crave just only once in a while! Stay consistent!!!

So today is my first day of trying this workout... This was well balanced exercise for everyone even though t planks were a bit difficult for me to do as a beginner but I hope I'll learn it later on. My current aim is to pursue this exercise for atleast 2 weeks. I'm very much energised rn. With this im also trying to do workout for thighs, arm fat and if possible double chin. (PS. i'm 17 and i decided that i want to get in shape and i spent ages looking for the right workout for me and i came across this one and it wasn't a struggle for me it was just right and i can feel my abs burning which is good. this is a very effective exercise and i would highly recommend it. i would say to do this 5 times a week to achieve maximum results. thanks so much roberta's gym!

Result: I see middle line and upper Abs. Middle Abs line and 11 line not well defined. Lower belly unchanged. I am going to continue.

Day 16: Done. 2 days skipped after this day since I was travelling.
Day 17: Done after 2 days. Need to take different challenge or advance level. I didn't sweat even I extended the same exercises for sometime in rest time. Seems like this challenge too easy for my body.

@@wms483 just eat something healthy don't forget to drink alot of water that's very important and do workouts but plz don't try to not eat something u need it bc once u do that and u ate just a small amount of food ur mostly to gain all ur weight and have a healthy diet, and eat something healthy hope that's help, also if u can drink lemon with hot water that would be great.
1 don't eat alot of higher calories
2 drink alot of water
3 have a good diet
4 eat something healthy u need to eat bc when u don't eat you'll lose weight but once u eat a little something tiny food you'll get all ur calories back and it will eventually continue so eat healthy food
5 do exercise
6 drink lemon with hot water if u can take that's sour
7 and if u want some milk i recommend u use "low fat milk"

These challenges are so awesome , I broke my ankle 2 months ago and not been mobile for so long I've put on a lot of weight around my belly really need some exercise that wouldn't affect my ankle healing process and these were just what I needed started a week ago and are seen results 😍😍

It's my first day and my thighs hurt like hell. I thought this workout was very easy in the start but as I continued I started running out of breath. I'll try my level best to complete this for 2 weeks to see the changes.
You did great today, Mamta😊 Just keep going, keep exercising, and stay focused - don't give up! If you're a beginner and you're not used to physical activities, it's quite normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. Try working out on a daily basis, and stay active, eat healthy and stay away from junk food, grains, and sugar. That will surely help. Good luck - you got this!!❤️💪

Hi guys! Just wanted to say this is amazing! The only workout that has worked for me. I have been doing it for a week and i can already see a difference in my stomach. I have not been doing any dieting but just eating clean and healthy. I have also not been bingeing. I recommend trying to eat smaller portions of what you usually would! Also drink chia seed water and chia pudding! Smoothies have been one of my go to snacks too! Remember you can still eat things that you crave just only once in a while! Stay consistent!!!

This was well balanced exercise for everyone even though t planks were a bit difficult for me to do as a beginner but I hope I'll learn it later on.

Diet can also affect your body weight as well as being inactive and sitting down after eating. Try to avoid doing these and exercise on a regular basis. You got this, Tharn! Good luck and keep exercising!❤️💪

@@tharnchantaravachwat1283 although I am replying you after 5 months but .. eat less at night and eat 2hrs before eating and after eating do padamasana , this will quicken your digestive process and drink like warm water after 1hr if you can wait otherwise it's ok but take warm water. This will help.
Also reduce salt and wheat in your diet if you can.

i'm 17 and i decided that i want to get in shape and i spent ages looking for the right workout for me and i came across this one and it wasn't a struggle for me it was just right and i can feel my abs burning which is good. this is a very effective exercise and i would highly recommend it. i would say to do this 5 times a week to achieve maximum results. thanks so much roberta's gym!
