Yes but you can not say that diet but yes started eating healthy food and I just ignored all the sweets and cakes in this lockdown and done some exercises told by Robert' z gym and nothing else . By this only I able to reduce my weight so faster

And not only that I’ve been loosing wait in my thighs too for some reason and it’s a good thing in my opinion bc I hate my thighs!! @@lunansheiwat9293 I used to do it once in a day before cuz i was really lazy...Then I started doing it twice a day and it's more effective...I guess you need to wait paitenly to see results..Of course I got results more over in 3 to 4 months... And remember # weight loss is a slow process...!You didn't gained all your weight on just a meal.. so don't except it to lose on a salad..💜

Day 1✅: First time foing the excercise! Felt good, especially with stretches before hand. The side plank pulse is quite hard to do for me, I feel as if my arm is lowkey gonna dislocate, though I'm not sure if that pressure applied on it and the pain is a part of doing this excercise. I will continue to do this for one week and see how it goes!

Day 1: i wanted to change so my friend suggested me to do this workout with some yoga stretches before. it felt great, i hope i can do this for a week or two Day 2: it was easy and i really felt the burn on my belly Day 3: i just got home from taking my cousin at the airport since she is going to south korea and i was very tired but I kept saying "I can do it!" as my day phrase to keep going from my workout. I just finished it now and after 20 minutes I'm going to take a bath to release some tension.

Day two: ✅ my abs are so sore doing this 😂 Day three: ✅ love this! I have been less bloated too! Day four: ✅ I can’t explain how much I love this workout it’s so fun! I also areadoy notice less bloating and my waist looks smaller. It is too it’s 65 cm! Day five:✅ getting easier and lot of fun! Day six: ✅ really like this routine and it’s burns during workout! Gonna update on this. Day 1: Pretty hard for me cause I'm not doing exercises but I can feel the burn and it works. Day 2: Some sourness on my belly and back but still continue to do this and I see difference from before. Day 3: Still feel soreness but nothing can stop me from exercising! A lot of difference from day 1 and I lose weight too ! Must maintain proper diet also.

Trying this every day from now on; Day 1: Pretty hard, couldn't do the side planks, but that's alright. Not seeing a difference yet :) Day 2: Still hard, but getting better at it, got company from my little sister. Very little difference in my hips:) Also going on a calorie decifit

Let's go, notarioffical! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Just made 16😙, and decided to start working out from young😊. Decided since im quarantining for about 9 days why not start now. Here is my daily update. Day 1: Completed✅(dear god, the side planks will be the death of me i was wobbling and shaking couldnt balance at all😭, think i did maybe 1 or 2 right and the side crunches were a little challenging, but other than that it was quite easy😊 Day 2: Completed✅ (easier than yesterday, kinda figured out how to do the side planks, slipped a bit but improvements were made today. Definately felt the burn today.) Day 3:Completed✅ (today was really hot, so it was more challenging today, i was interrupted alot by people in my house but i still finished nonetheless. Still struggling with the side planks, but i think i did 7-9 in a row without slipping😊) Day 4: Completed✅ (today was a good day, only slipped about 2x for the side planks😊 definately getting better). Yes but you can not say that diet but yes started eating healthy food and I just ignored all the sweets and cakes in this lockdown and done some exercises told by Robert' z gym and nothing else . By this only I able to reduce my weight so faster

And remember # weight loss is a slow process...!You didn't gained all your weight on just a meal.. so don't except it to lose on a salad..💜

Day 1✅: First time foing the excercise! Felt good, especially with stretches before hand. The side plank pulse is quite hard to do for me, I feel as if my arm is lowkey gonna dislocate, though I'm not sure if that pressure applied on it and the pain is a part of doing this excercise. I will continue to do this for one week and see how it goes!

Day 1: i wanted to change so my friend suggested me to do this workout with some yoga stretches before. it felt great, i hope i can do this for a week or two
Day 2: it was easy and i really felt the burn on my belly
Day 3: i just got home from taking my cousin at the airport since she is going to south korea and i was very tired but I kept saying "I can do it!" as my day phrase to keep going from my workout. I just finished it now and after 20 minutes I'm going to take a bath to release some tension.

Hey y’all I want to share my results for one weeks! My goal is to get toned and a smaller waist! I will also be doing this twice a day. And I will be having a healthier diet. 😁
Before: Waist-26 inches 66 cm
I am 5’7 and weigh 116
Day one ✅: I really like this workout my abs are burning I love itttt!
Day two: ✅ my abs are so sore doing this 😂
Day three: ✅ love this! I have been less bloated too!
Day four: ✅ I can’t explain how much I love this workout it’s so fun! I also areadoy notice less bloating and my waist looks smaller. It is too it’s 65 cm!
Day five:✅ getting easier and lot of fun!
Day six: ✅ really like this routine and it’s burns during workout!
One week!!:✅ yay one week! Doing great notice results and my waist is a little below 65 cm it’s about 64 1/2 cm!! I really enjoyed this and u will keep doing this!

Day 1: Pretty hard for me cause I'm not doing exercises but I can feel the burn and it works.
Day 2: Some sourness on my belly and back but still continue to do this and I see difference from before.
Day 3: Still feel soreness but nothing can stop me from exercising! A lot of difference from day 1 and I lose weight too ! Must maintain proper diet also.

Day 2: Still hard, but getting better at it, got company from my little sister. Very little difference in my hips:) Also going on a calorie decifit

Let's go, notarioffical! It is important that you start and end your workout with a warm-up. This will prepare your muscles and joints for activity by warming up and stretching before you do the routines. The muscle soreness is normal as it is a sign that you're getting stronger, and is nothing to be alarmed about. Just made 16😙, and decided to start working out from young😊. Decided since im quarantining for about 9 days why not start now. Here is my daily update.
Day 1: Completed✅(dear god, the side planks will be the death of me i was wobbling and shaking couldnt balance at all😭, think i did maybe 1 or 2 right and the side crunches were a little challenging, but other than that it was quite easy😊
Day 2: Completed✅ (easier than yesterday, kinda figured out how to do the side planks, slipped a bit but improvements were made today. Definately felt the burn today.)
Day 3:Completed✅ (today was really hot, so it was more challenging today, i was interrupted alot by people in my house but i still finished nonetheless. Still struggling with the side planks, but i think i did 7-9 in a row without slipping😊)
Day 4: Completed✅ (today was a good day, only slipped about 2x for the side planks😊 definately getting better).
Day 5: Completed✅ (little mistakes with the side planks. Other than that it was good getting used to it😊)
Day 6: Completed✅ (only slipped once with the side planks, near perfect this time, also another successful day with the rest exercises.😌)
Day 7: Completed✅ (everything was fine today, a success😁)

I started seeing mine within 1/2 weeks i have really good curves and flat stomach and eat healthy and do it once a day

I do this every morning but first start out by walking 2mi on my treadmill and so far I see some result. I lost 2lb!! I just need to work on my healthy eating then I am sure I will lose more.
