I love the no repeat aspect of this video. It was a great collaboration. Louis and the girl were totally in sync. They made it look easy. It was definitely not easy. 😅🥵
I started this exercise this morning. Have been doing Allblanc exercises since April of this year and even though I did not lose much weight, I did tone up my body. Thank you Louis, Mark, Ryo and James for being my inspiration. Love you guys!!
I've been working out on my chest, abs, butt and legs, it has been 1 year when I started doing this workout in July of 2020 and I have lose a lot of weight and started to become slim and fit, thank you Allblanc TV for uploading great contents, I love all your videos, they're so amazing and inspiring, I can't wait to see more of your contents
I've been doing Mark's stretching and Louis's workout for 2 weeks, and it's become easy for me as time passes. I sweat during the workout, but I love it every day. I'm glad I knew about you though late. Hope to keep up with you soon; I've never began a workout and continued it for two weeks straight. Kamsahamnida❣
This is really not easy, but I can feel that it is working on my abs very much, even if it is only 10 mins only, maybe I do it in the evening at 10am, maybe too tired after visiting Orchard Road.
I looked over the schedule and I love it! I will definitely do it after I'm done with mu current program ((: I hope you do more of these in the future too! I decided to do the updates here to keep myself accountable and share my results with you! Day 1: ✔️ (the leg portion for lower body was difficult I was sweating so much and I had to take a few pauses during the leg pulse) Day 2: ✔️ (much easier than yesterday for sure! Although I could still feel the soreness 😂)
I have never cursed a single routine ever... This is the first one! JAJAJA thanks for always keeping me motivated!!! Can I join the challenge eve tough I am 4 day late? 😭💔😥 I will do my best and will open up Instagram to share the results jajaja!!!
