I'm back with another 2 weeks workout program for your full body training. Totally 4 episodes will be uploaded for 2 weeks and this one is the first part of the program.
Please follow this routine on Thu / Fri / Sat at home, gym, or anywhere without any equipment.
Hope all of you get the result after 2 weeks and I'll be always there for you guys.

I just started your workout and i love that you concentrate on form and the quality of each step rather than trying to complete as many as you can. It builds my confidence and i focus on my form better. Thank you!!
Because of these workouts I've been able to do a good knee push up I know it's not a lot but I've never been able to do any kind of push up so trust me this program does help I feel so much stronger. Thank you so much 🌙💚

I decided to watch a video of your traning regularly before " Iftar " as im fasting nowdays , and end the fast by traning is a perfect thing .
Do you exercise before or after Iftar?

@@abeedahfarjan while fasting especially at the end , the blood sugar is almost nothing , so its hard and harmful to exercise or do hard work because this can produce shock , I dont mean sever exercise or gym , I mean little stretching for 5 or 10 min just befor the iftar , if iftar is 6 : 30 pm then i do stretching 6: 15 pm , but if you wanna exercise or going to gym its better i think after iftar

I am so glad I stumbled across Allblanc channel last year, my saviour. Do you know how hard it is to look at exercise videos without feeling bored? With the English sub I enjoy their conversation and silliness, a lot. They kept me motivated with their exercise videos and funny videos. The five of them are just amazing and part of my daily life.
James and Mark please do more challenges, they're hilarious!! And let's take a moment to appreciate all Bri's hard work as well.

Finally, I am back after having been in an accident. Love these workouts.
My husband sent me this and honestly I can't tell if he sent it for "hey look at this workout" or "here honey a workout routine AND look at the guy doing it" so I can't tell if I'll manage to keep up or end up spending half of it admiring this guy's overall sheer perfection 😂 also absolutely love the music 💕

Wasn't soo bad, sweating but it just pumped up my blood and the rest time is just right so I am not overly exhausted
Second day✨
Its getting really fun, sweaty and hot but fun, wait that sounded wrong but yeah, slightly tired since im doing it with the abs shortcut

I have been doing the first five minute of the exercise everyday. After that I do my weightlifting routine for five minutes. I lost weight and become more muscular. Thank you for this exercise. Planning to increase my workout duration for ten minutes each to gain better results :)

Finally working out after a year. Gyms remaining closed were my excuse, but I need to reduce body fat, procrastination was not helping. AT it now, and excited to know after 2 week's time!

It is a rainy day today and I can't go out for my usual 10,000 steps walk. I am glad I have stumbled upon this workout and gave it a try. My MiBand (freestyle mode), shows I have burned 54 Kcal within 10 minutes! This workout is easy to follow and does not leave me feeling dreadful! Sweat bucket now! Thank you!

Dunno if this is intense enough for tabata timing. More of a warm up. Some stuff you could do to pick it up:
Plank jacks up on straight arms = plank jacks on elbows
Walkout = walkout to push-up but fast
Squat = squat jumps
Slow burpee = regular fast burpee w jump
The next parts get pretty intense
This is my first day to completed the program.
It's only 10min... but i can't hold sweat...
