I've been doing the 30m workout with my aunt everyday for two weeks and I've already lost 2kg. My legs are slimmer and my stomach flatter. We love these walk workouts!!!! They're so good!!! Please make one a little bit harder :)

@@andreannemartin639 Only this workout, I alternate between the 20m/30m. I changed my way of eating two months ago (more healthy, no sugar and no soda) but I didn't see any results (not even 1kg...) until I started this daily workout.

listen ladies every body type is different, don' t get discourage when you don't see the result you want, it takes time. The main goal is to be persistent! I never really thought I wanted to get "fit" as in the abs especially, but I'm getting old as well and I knew I need a change. I need to lose weight but I didn't know I could get abs or at least have my sushi roll stomach turning into some concave lines. Im not there yet but after one week I started noticing some definition, You can do it!!!!!!!!

54 year old. Recuperating from bladder cancer treatment and this video is just what I need to gradually build up my strength and loose some belly fat after more than a year no exercising. I love that this is such a low impact, silent workout so I can do it early without disturbing anyone. It can't replace krav but it's keeping me in shape, gets me sweating and works me out, while class is closed.

I've been doing this for only 2-3 times a week. At first I only managed to finish a third of the exercise before giving up, then on the 2nd week I managed only 2/3 of the exercise. It's the first day of the 3rd week and I finally managed to finish the whole video! It really is a small achievement but I'm so proud of myself right now, since I hate doing exercise the most lol. Thank you for all the instructor, it's been fun :)

I'm. I am alredy seeing good results, such as being more steady on my feet and feeling less stiff. I love the low impact.I gave up the gym and workout with you every evening, and I love it. Also the visuals are NICE.

Thank you! I'm struggling so much with my weight and constantly dieting at only 1000 calories a day (with nutritionist help) and can only ever maintain. Swinging between 250-280 lbs is super hard on my joints and all the exercise videos want me to jump a lot and do burpees. That is hard on my knees and not good for my wrists. I have found Asian work out videos use more everyday movement rather than Western videos that want you to train like a US Marine or some 20 yr old instagram model.
Hi, i'm from Rio de Janeiro- Brazil. This year has been tought on me, one of the reasons whas that i cought COVID 19. After 40 days of harsh symptoms, they softened gradualy. I tried getting back to exercising but i felt sick!

I love this exercise because I have a chronic pain in my shoulders and I can't do most of the regular workouts like push ups etc. it really motivated me to work out every two days thank you guys for uploading this it really helped me in so many ways🙏🏻☺️💜💜
I've been doing the first set of this workout + 50 jumping jacks + 30s blank + 10 slow burpees + 30 abs before going to bed, I eat normaly and don't abuse of sweet and portions ( I did this since 5 days and I've lost 1.5 kg

@@sm10003 When I did the workout I did changes in my alimentation to. I think this is a good workout to reinforce your muscles and I lose 0.5 kg in 1 week ( It's pretty good if you consider that in 2 weeks it's recommended to lose 1 kilo max. ) But I don't do this workout set anymore. I composed my proper workout that I do 15 minutes before going to bed. I do exercises that I'm able to do properly because I have a low stamia and cardio , and I do exercices that I can do at home , indoor without making a sound. Each week I tried to add an different exercise. The yoga works to for beginers. My results : I'm a teenage girl with severe anemia who gained 12 kilos in 2 months. After workouts and alimentary changes I lose 6 kilos in 3 months. I have to lose 4.5 kilos now and it's a challenge. The secret it's to do some routine workout every day. So if you don't lose weight you stabilize it for the day.

im drenched in sweat, this was such a good workout! loved that it was an standing one, because some times if you do exercises on the floor, your hands get sweaty and you might slip, so that's why I liked this one!

I just tried this out recently, and I would say that I love these this! since I can't do push ups and other types of heavy exercise because of an accident that happened in my collarbone. I'm glad i found this exercise routine
I love his videos, his low impact routines have allowed me to help train with my 70 year old mother, his technique and tempo are excellent to do a proper technique. I would appreciate it if you could upload more routines as you are because there are very few training videos of 30 minutes or more.

This video was amazing!! I thought it would be something light and easy to do, but this exercise actually made me sweat and I really enjoyed it. You guys surprise me every video and continue to do it with these stay at home exercise routines. I think it's super helpful to have the clock running,the bell that tells you when to switch and the 10 sec break in between exercises. Outstanding work, keep it up!!!🤗

I am a disabled vet and a stay at home mom. I tried your exercise routine in this video for the first 15 minutes and it kicked my butt. Although I did it at my own pace, I enjoyed the first 15 minute session and will continue to do it this month until my body can handle the rest of the workout series. Gamsahamnida!

D6 and I finally have some favourite moves: Hammer Squat, Both Punch variations. Also grateful for that one of you is shirtless during the cuff exercise not always so sure that am doing the right movements. Double-check with his body for physical cues. On to the next one

Age 70. I don’t know how the years snuck up on me like this, but my metabolism is very low. I have had back and shoulder and knee injuries and just have been lying around like a beached whale. 🐳I know I need to walk, etc, but this is lovely, because I can do it in the privacy of my own home.😅😅
And my reward is I get to watch you good guys the whole time.

I like this workout! I had a severe ankle injury last year and since then I am unable to do my usual workouts as it causes pain and swelling to my ankle. But, this workout was gentle on my ankle!! 👍🏻👍🏻🤗🤗
I love how you're explaining and showing us how to do each exercise! Some people in other channels that don't do that also switch so quickly between the exercises and I'm a little slow with processing things😅. So this is perfect
this is the only exercise I do at home that doesn't require me to swear and curse constantly, I also do ab exercises from Chloe ting and go for my daily walk, this feels so good to do before breakfast, I will continue to work hard.

Estando en el ordenador viendo el vídeo, en la parte inferior derecha de este, se ve como una rueda de Engranaje. Si "pinchas" ahí, te sale ingles pero nosotras no queremos eso... Si lees el recuadro veras que debajo del todo dice TRADUCCION AUTOMATiCA ." Pinchando" ahí se abre una ventana con todos los idiomas que existen, incluso Esperanto. Están por orden alfabético. Yo acabo de descubrir este " truco" y quise compartirlo. Pero solo sirve en el ordenador, en el móvil no lo permite. Yo tengo 57 años y soy de una ciudad cercana a BARCELONA. Saludos y espero haberte ayudado.

I just wanted to say these walking workouts have been really great for me lately. I have an injured hamstring, so high-impact workouts are not great for me right now. When I came across these, I was super happy because they’re forgiving on my hamstring, but still a good, strong workout to keep me in shape while I heal!

... With my mum’s encouragement I’ve started this home walking workout today (5th Sep 2020) weighing the most I ever have at 92kg and aiming to lose 30kg from today. I will try to update my progress here every day I do the workout.
05/09/2020: I shocked myself, I only got through 13 minutes of the workout and had to stop because my heart was beating so fast I thought I was going to black out...
06/09/2020: I finished the workout! It was still a bit hard but I managed to do it!
12/09/2020: Soo...I did it again after 6 days and I feel sweaty and actually refreshed!!
Update: 23/09/2020 Current weight 87.5kg. Soo, I’ve been doing the exercise on and off but I’ve been walking around quite a lot most days. At the same time I’ve been doing intermittent fasting with the Keto diet for the past two weeks.
@Allblanc TV, thank you for these exercises, they seem really manageable if I get into a routine of sticking to it!

I just turn 66. I have done a lot of harm to my body for the past few years. This morning I discovered you all, so I tried your video the workout was 👍 I felt great. Thank you Guys.
I suggest to replace the word “Cool” by the word “hell” in the second round :) It’s a great challenge for me I used to do just 05 mn cardio and some exercise but 50sec for one exercise and for two rounds I could say I did it and everyone could do it but you have to be persistent 💙

Just found your routine after walking 3 k's at 6:30 this morning, (then do 3 k's in the evening). I'm a 'oldie goldie' and believe "If you don't use it, you lose it", so I aim for 10,000 steps a day! I love this exercise of yours--not only do I get to follow some gorgeous handsome guys, but it keeps everything flexible and in working order. The people in wheelchairs and walkers might have a little difficulty with some of those leg lifts! To me, it's important to get outside and get some sunlight in the cone of my eyes, fresh air in my lungs and to keep those hips and knees 'swinging'! When it's freezing (Canadian winter) I 'run' on my Rebounder which jiggles and exercises everything!! Thanks for your everything!!👍💗👌💜
I’m confused. Why does it say home “walking”? I was expecting them to walk In place for 30min. So they mean 30 minute workout at home?
It's probably because it's low impact exercise.

Hello, there! Let me begin by saying due to Covid19 I have had to work endless hours in front of the computer for almost three years. Needless to say, my ankles and calves were somewhat swollen. The day before yesterday I decided to try out this specific video. After the exercise routine I realised how out of shape I am, a few hours later, I noticed my ankles and calves were no longer swollen. Unbelievable! Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to more of your videos. Have a great day!

i did lost 2 kg but since college re started i couldn't do any workout with the overloaded work and tuition
today i decided to workout again...i mean after a long time..i hope i will be able to keep it up
