I am 75 years old. I just began walking outside for 15 minutes per day. It is now January 7,2020 at night. It has begun to snow. Most likely an outside walk will not be possible tomorrow. I will do PART of the walking exercises tomorrow. I will give it my all. Thanks for the video. ( :
I actually did it all without stopping, (I didn't even drink ahahaha) and sincerely what made me continue this was their cheering like don't give up or just 5 more. I've sweated a lot but now I'm really relieved 😅😂. Thank you all guys
At 49 years old I use multiple cardio machines ,so i figure I give this a shot. I started to burn out at 16min!! I pushed threw it till the end ,by far this is the best marching exercise I have ever done!! I will now do this everyday Thanks for the video you guys rock!!
I am 53 years old with a slightly torn meniscus so I can't do crazy workouts, then I found this! Today is my first day doing this workout and it was perfect for me. Some movements were a little tough, but I was able to get through it, and I was sweating like crazy!! Thanks for making these videos, they definitely help all people, but especially people with knee or leg injuries or limited mobility.

I spent the past eight years or so depressed due to a variety of reasons, and regretfully stopped exercising. Needless to say, I'm in poor shape, and have ballooned quite a bit in size. it was raining outside and i couldnt go for my daily jog so i just randomly typed in ''inside cardio workout'' and this came out. 25 mins later i am loving the way i am sweating and my body is burning. thank you so much for keeping me motivated throughout the video!!

올해 1월에 심한 지방간과 고지질혈증 진단 받았던 25세 여자입니다. 운동을 워낙 싫어해서 복부비만이 특히 가장 문제였어요. 충격받고 운동 시작했는데 헬스장 가는건 꺼려지고 운동 금방 질릴거라 생각해서 걱정이었는데, 하루 40분씩 거의 매일 이 영상 + 다른 영상 하나더 해서 꾸준히 유산소운동했어요. 어제 체중 쟀는데 6-7kg 빠졌더라고요! 58->51kg로요. 다이어트 할 동안도 삼시세끼 한 번도 굶은 적 없고, 메뉴만 신경쓰고 양은 충분히 먹었는데도 매일 유산소 했더니 효과가 있네요. 물론 얼마 전 피검사도 전부 정상으로 나왔습니다. 요즘은 복근 영상 하나 더 추가해서 해보고 있어요ㅎㅎ 유익한 영상 감사하는 마음에 간증 후기 올려요!
6월 한달 후기 처음 운동하는 집돌이인데, 20분짜리인데도 처음에는 되게 힘들었어요. 그래도 한달동안 하면서 익숙해졌는지 지금은 그렇게까지 힘들진 않네요. 땀 되게 잘나고 몸무게는 한달동안 4kg 빠졌답니다. 식단조절 없이요! 이제 뱃살이랑 옆구리살 조금 남은 거만 빼고 즐거운 여름 보내야겠습니다. 좋은 운동 영상 감사합니다 ^^
Love this! During this quarantine and living in a small flat I’ve been walking and dancing around to try and keep moving and keep my steps up - I’m not interested in starting intense workouts (I didn’t do that before quarantine!). It's not easy. None of their exercise raise are easy. But my waist reduced from 40 , 41 to 38.5. Hav to check my weight.cant get out due to quarrintine.

My fiance agreed to try this workout with me, normally I follow Chloe Ting programs but he doesn't like the HIIT workouts she does (he finds his balance is off with the jumping and quick pace of the program) so I think this will be great for him. I love this one cuz I don't have to get down on my butt. I have knee issues and getting up and down on the floor just standing up is difficult. This is my favorite workout of yours! Please me more like these! Standing up is best for me!

I just finish this work out I am 52 and at the end I am definitely sweating. They were a couple of sets of kicks I could not finish but now I am challenged to do it until this workout becomes too easy thank you for having a very well thought out work out that’s easy to do at home.

I suffer from chronic pain and this workout fits perfectly for me. Of course, I'm in pain after the workout but it's not too bad! I feel like this workout is a great balance for me.
Thank you for these 20 minute workout videos. These workouts look like something my body might be able to handle without undo stress (although my current stamina may not last the full 20 minutes), but that stamina will improve over time with consistency in working out every day.

Excercising to this in early may in CDMX during quarintine it's the perfect cardio for my injured knee :) I've been recovering from a knee surgery a sprain after that and a mildish swollen knee after that...( In the beautiful spam of two years.) Anyway this is perfect, thanks!!

In terms of squats if you’re looking for booty growth 200 squats that aren’t weighted aren’t going to do much. You need to have a progressive overload for that, plus hip thrusts and deadlifts give variation for glute growth
@@papayahzz thank you I'm focussing on cardio and a bit of weight loss for the time being. Squats really get my heart rate up.. and it stays up doing this home walking routine 😊 a good 40 min work out

따라 해봤는데 너무 재밋고 영상을 개속보면서 따라하면 될꺼같아요 저같은 살찐사람에게는 당분간 이영상만 보고 열심히 해보도록 하겠습니다
와우 ... high impact exercise for a short time 입니다 3-5 hours hiking 도 좋지만, 시기적으로 집 안에서 할 수 있는 최고의 운동 였습니다 넘치는 땀방울 조아요 ~~ 바른 운동과 호흡도 대박 조아요 ~~

Hello,Guys! Wish me luck/motivation as I will be attempting to use this video to begin an exercise program. I have enjoyed all the videos y'all share, appreciate your hard work. Oh by the way, the video of James & Mark watching mistakes/"jokes" of exercising at a gym was hilarious due to their expressions and laughter, loved it; my facial muscles got a lot of exercise for sure.

In terms of squats if you’re looking for booty growth 200 squats that aren’t weighted aren’t going to do much. You need to have a progressive overload for that, plus hip thrusts and deadlifts give variation for glute growth
@@papayahzz thank you I'm focussing on cardio and a bit of weight loss for the time being. Squats really get my heart rate up.. and it stays up doing this home walking routine 😊 a good 40 min work out
