안녕하세요? 매일 이 영상과 part2 를 하고 있는 구독자입니다. 저는 2월 23일부터 시작했어요. 운동하는걸 너무 싫어하는 저는 출산하고 살이 더 쪄버렸죠,, 계속 차일피일 미루다가 이 영상을 보고 딱 한달만 눈감고 해보자 라는 생각으로 시작하였답니다. 처음에는 얼마나 체력이 약했던지,, 18분 영상의 반도 못 따라갔어요. 그래도 매일매일 했어요. 5일째 되는날은 18분 했는데 체력이 남더라구요~ 그 날부터 30분 운동 할 수 있었어요. 발갛게 상기된 얼굴, 엄청나게 땀이 난 얼굴과 목, 등을 보면서 뿌듯했답니다~ 식단조절은 딱히 하지 않고 있어서인지 몸무게 숫자는 크게 변동없으나 거울로 보는 눈바디에서는 효과가 확실합니다. 오늘은 몸통이 타이트하게 붙었던 티셔츠를 입어보았는데 팔을 넣는 순간 알았어요.. 티셔츠가 넉넉해졌다는 것을요.. 아침에 일어나서 오늘은 쉬어야지~ 했는데 22개월된 저의 딸이 운동영상을 켜달라고 조르는통에 매일 하루도 빼놓지 않고 운동하고 있습니다. 저와 같이 보더니 이제는 딸도 따라하고 있어요,,^^ 지금은 코로나때문에 밖에 못 나가지만,, 안정되면 딸이랑 커플룩 입고 소풍갈 생각으로 또 매일 선생님을 만날거에요~ㅎ 좋은 영상 올려주시고 저에게 자신감을 가질 수 있도록 해주셔서 감사합니다❤️

This was so fun! Just completed the 45 minute video and followed up with this 15 minute one. I typically ride my stationary bike everyday for about an hour but was looking for something fun to mix up my routine. Not really into running, but I remember taking a Zumba class years ago and thought it would be cool to check it out again. I thought I would be able to just jump in and bust a light sweat. WRONG! These videos work all of your muscles and keep your heart rate pumping. I can already feel it in ways that I never do when just riding my bike! I am completely sold on this and will be doing these videos at lea st 3 times a week now. Time flew by and I had more fun working out than I have had in quite awhile! I've definitely determined I will never be a professional dancer but I can act like a fool in my house with just my dog as a witness lol.
