Don't let this discourage you! Thinking about how hardworking they are has inspired me to put more effort into working out. If they can practice for 12-16 hours a day we can take 30 min a day to get some exercise in. They want Army to do well and take care of themselves and this knowledge can push us to give our best in school, sports, work etc. It will be demanding in the beginning but with discipline come results and it will inspire you to strive for the next level! Take it step by step and in 3 months you will have achieved something you always wanted and you can set your next goal

ahh i do this everyday like 3 times in a row and the results are ASTOUNDING! It’s the only workout that I enjoy now, I used to drag myself to do Chloe Ting but this is so much fun and I sing a long and never get sick of it because I’m always focusing on the dance!

I havent worked out in over a year. I was like, "oh, 15 minutes wont be so bad." I could barely finish it and now my heart wont stop beating inside my eardrums ;_;
I have done it for 2 weeks and I lost exactly 2 kg. It might not be a lot but I'm proud of myself ✊. I'm going to show you my progress from now on. Current weight: 56 Kg Day 1: Done. Day 2: I feel used to this exercise. Doesn't give me the sweat it used to. I might try another exercise along with it (in 3 days because I'm having exams rn). Its been a month since I have updated you guys. I have been trying another cardio and now my current weight is 54.2 kg yayy. I'm going to stop doing this exercise for the time being because my body has gotten too adapted to this cardio. Also I'm a 10th grader in India and I have boards which I have to do a good job in (preferably 98% or 99%). But I recommend you this cardio which has worked for me 100%. Stay consistent guys!!
Hello Armys. I have been doing this 15 min BTS workout dance last 2 weeks ago. I measure my waist,thigh and legs. I didn't remember my first measure, but I think waist-71 inch, thigh(left)-58 inch thigh(right)-57 inch and leg(left)-35 inch and leg(right)-34 inch. After 2 weeks trying this I measure my body.Omg!! How much calories did I burn you know? Well well my second measurement- Waist-68 inch, Thigh(left)-55.7 inch,thigh(right)-54.5 inch,leg(left)-32.5 inch and leg(right)-33.4 inch. I'm so proud that I have burnt calories!! And thanks very much to Sunny Fitness!! And for Armys get up from bed right now and start dancing this 15 min BTS workout dance!!C'mon Armys I know you guys can do it! Fighting Armys💜. I purple you 💜. i’ve noticed many people want to see somebody’s results. i’ve been doing this video workout and the workout that begins with the song dope by bts for about a month now. let me just say this, THIS IS AN AMAZING WORKOUT. i highly recommend. although, i haven’t been eating in a healthy way, (ed disorder please don’t take this as a pro ed comment) i noticed a lot of change, even the time i was eating regularly. my stomach is slimmer and i have a lot more muscle than before. i highly recommend! thank you so much sunny for these amazing workouts!

I did this yesterday and loved it !! I love Chloe ting but this workout actually makes me have fun and enjoy sweating and I don’t stop as much because it’s fun and I love to do it !!
I started my fitness journey this week and is on my 4th day of strengthening my body with wall push ups and inclined push ups. I get too bored with regular cardio so i decided to dance alone to this at home. Needless to say, I suck at my fitness level and could only dance along until BWL. Will do better tomorrow. Thank you for making fitness fun for a couch potato ARMY like me. ;)
Update: I danced along to everything except BWL today! For some reason, my body just can't follow BWL's choreo yet hahaha. My favorite choreo is Dope. :D

Im also in the middle of finals for my degree and I couldn’t find anything to help me get away from the intrusive thoughts. I like to exercise, but I didn’t think this time it would help me enough, since it seems like I need to find a connection to BTS all the time now that the thing is recent. But today I decided to try with this video, because it has been helping me a lot during the past few months with my weight loss routine, and I feel so thankful to you for this. I just finished this exercise and I burned 141 calories (measured by my smartwatch fitbit). Was fun doing this exercise hahaha.... I did it and learned at the same time so the next time I'll do it with more confidence hehehe 😏👌🔥🔥🥰

If you stick to healthy home cooked meals most of the time and workout consistently, you'll see progress gradually. Foods I recommend eating less are: processed foods [they have too much salt and unhealthy fats], soda, and any juice containing high corn syrup or anything with corn syrup. Stick to natural juice. I recommend looking over the nutritional information for the foods you eat and take into account the serving size.

i’ve noticed many people want to see somebody’s results. i’ve been doing this video workout and the workout that begins with the song dope by bts for about a month now. let me just say this, THIS IS AN AMAZING WORKOUT. i highly recommend. although, i haven’t been eating in a healthy way, (ed disorder please don’t take this as a pro ed comment) i noticed a lot of change, even the time i was eating regularly. my stomach is slimmer and i have a lot more muscle than before. i highly recommend! thank you so much sunny for these amazing workouts!

I started my fitness journey this week and is on my 4th day of strengthening my body with wall push ups and inclined push ups. I get too bored with regular cardio so i decided to dance alone to this at home. Needless to say, I suck at my fitness level and could only dance along until BWL. Will do better tomorrow. Thank you for making fitness fun for a couch potato ARMY like me. ;)
Update: I danced along to everything except BWL today! For some reason, my body just can't follow BWL's choreo yet hahaha. My favorite choreo is Dope. :D

Today I wanted to thank you. As you might know, or might not, BTS announced a time off for their grupal activities related to music, which has been so hard to go through these past three days. Im also in the middle of finals for my degree and I couldn’t find anything to help me get away from the intrusive thoughts. I like to exercise, but I didn’t think this time it would help me enough, since it seems like I need to find a connection to BTS all the time now that the thing is recent.
But today I decided to try with this video, because it has been helping me a lot during the past few months with my weight loss routine, and I feel so thankful to you for this.
I was able to disconnect from absolutely everything for the 15 min this video lasts, as well as for the 15 min from other of your BTS related videos.
Its crazy how much I felt my mood change, so I though I was in a debt with you and I needed to come here and thank you for it.

Get a fitness watch with a chest strap (more accurate) to calculate calorie burn so you don’t have to guess. Every body has a different calorie burn and it also depends how much energy you put into it.
I just finished this exercise and I burned 141 calories (measured by my smartwatch fitbit). Was fun doing this exercise hahaha.... I did it and learned at the same time so the next time I'll do it with more confidence hehehe 😏👌🔥🔥🥰

@@ferielmerouane5395 You can eat anything in moderation. I remember this from my nutrition class in college and it's what I did when I was losing weight. If you stick to healthy home cooked meals most of the time and workout consistently, you'll see progress gradually.
Foods I recommend eating less are: processed foods [they have too much salt and unhealthy fats], soda, and any juice containing high corn syrup or anything with corn syrup. Stick to natural juice.
I recommend looking over the nutritional information for the foods you eat and take into account the serving size.
