I started with the 15 minutes BTS video doing exercise every other day, then I jumped to the 30 minutes routine, and a days after I added other songs to reach 45 minutes. I´ve been doing this for like a month, and today I hope to do one complete hour. I love your channel and BTS workouts, it has helped me so much to deal with mental health during a new quarantine in my city. Thank you! cheers from Chile

@@bug3767 is that really important? the fact that you start working out to feel better and deal with your mental health is pure gold :) in the process, you feel more comfortable with yourself and get in shape, but it's a complete process that can take more time ♡

Today is my first day trying this out! I’m 16 and I’m overweight (205) my doctor told me to drop yo 140-150. I’ve been eating healthier and small portions and also working out (but I’ve always found it boring to do so) so I’ve been trying Kpop dancing workouts and it has been super fun!

@@willowbae7493 I dance 5 days per week (from monday to friday), at least 20 - 30 minutes after work. Home Office has helped me A LOT. I also use a Brazilian app (Dieta e Saúde) which helps me to choose healthier meals. Good luck for you! 😉

Seriously if anyone asks me what I did during the whole pandemic, the answer is Sunny’s BTS workouts.
I literally found your channel last March/April and I’ve been doing your BTS workouts regularly since then. I always had trouble sticking to my workouts because I can’t stand those HIIT workouts... But working out in combination with dance and BTS. HEAVEN.
I always know it’s gonna be a great day if I do one of your workouts in the morning. Thank you so much for sharing your videos!

방탄이 얼마나 춤을 잘 추는지 이 영상을 보면 알 수 있다 방탄 댄스 영상은 아무리 봐도 못 따라할 것 같은데 이 영상을 보니 어떤 동작인지 꿀렁이는 동작으로 보통 사람 느낌으로 잘 보인다! 물론 이 분들이 못 춘다는 것은 아님!

It's got me motivated to exercise after emotionally exhausting days, and I'm so thankful for that! the moves are complex enough to keep the mind engaged and the workout fun!
The first two sets are difficult to follow, but the chores are so energetic and fun. Literally I have fire in my body. I will practice until I get as good as Sunny. 🤣

what i liked about your routine and what makes your workout stand out is the cool down at last , that was sooo relaxing . I just completed this routine and the last 2 songs made my body calm . It actually also stretches your body which is a also a type of excercise your body needs otherwise it will stiff . A combination of cardio and stetching . What a great combination . My body is thanking me rn :)

muito massa o jeito q elas colocaram a ordem das músicas. começando com um bom aquecimento pro coração ficar agitado, e depois diminuindo o ritmo pra conseguirmos acompanhar até o finalzinho. tá sendo um bom exercício o/
