I can't believe that I convinced my mom to do this exercise with me 💖 even after we finished she told me that she want to do this more often 💖 I need to have more exercise since I'm in the military and I do this kinds of exercise for fun, but I'm really proud of my mom that she wanted to exercise with me .. thank you guys keep doing your work! 💖
I think it would be good if the movements can be recorded from the side as well, for us to check if our posture is correct or not😊
Same same... Specially in Tabata ones. I'm kind of afraid I might hurt my back for bad posture.

I like almost all your walk at home routine! Bcs it's not only a walking workout, but you add some easy to medium strength training. So it's kinda refreshing and not boring. Keep up the good work oppa-deul & unnies out there

I started this workout 12/ 7 /20 the next day I was so sore I kept working out today 12/14/20 I feel so much better. This will be my early morning 20 min get started workout for the day.

요즘 30분 40분짜리만 하다가 방식을 바꿔서 상체 하체 간단히 하고 20분짜리로 하니까 이것도 좋네요 계속 홈트 재밌게 하고 있어요ㅋ

I did a half of this around noon on Sep. 30, 2020. I did not wanted too much sweat this time.
just a little tip, you can add light weights if the workout isn't challenging enough. this can help you burn more calories.

This is my favorite "after vacation and I ate & drank too much" workout. It's easy going and I can say I'll do 10min since it repeats, but than it is so easy to just do the next 10min... haha
