Excellent workouts, love the straight forward exercise, rest and repeat, no fancy talking or showing off, no weights. Keep it up, I mostly train myself and never ever used any of these type of videos in my life. I highly recommend these videos specially for those who do not like going to the gym. There are no more excuses left, workout at home.

It took me almost a year to finish this 21 challenge. Countless time started again from day day. Just happy I made it and wanted to say congratulations to all you that are already finished and to the ones that are about to join us. 100 burpees was impossible in my mind. I have a sport lesion that requiered medical intervention and it seems it has not recupered 100% motion or strenght and I have notice that my other leg is also suffering for intuitive compensation for the other leg

Eu geralmente recomendo fazer 3-4 séries a cada 3 dias, em vez de uma vez por dia. Pensa-se que é mais eficiente para o tempo carregar o nível adequado de treinamento e estresse e ter tempo de descanso suficiente.
Wasn't sure how to do the burpees. Felt like my mat was slipping at times, so had to do some variations, but got through it. Surprised how many jump squats he can do without stopping though. Want to do these again shortly. Shoes definitely help haha.

I basically do weight training as my main main exercise. I am replacing aerobic exercise with this hiit exercise because I cannot run due to bad knees. I maintain my body with weight training 4 days a week, and I do this kind of exercise along with filming for about 2 days. ^ ^

I did this , the first day was crazy , my heart began beating after I finished , took my bath but I was still sweating, but I had a beautiful night rest . Doing it again today , posting my everyday result if I am less busy
The second day similar to the first day , the workout leaves you exhausted , your legs becomes weak , after five minutes rest , you get better , but it’s strange that for a 10 minutes workout , you sweat a lot
I did this exercise for one week , but I have been busy with work , so I have not really exercised for a week now , I will be resuming this exercise today again just to challenge myself, the noticeable difference I found after one week of this exercise is this : I am quicker on my feet , I react faster especially when getting up from bed , I have lot of stored energy . Have no idea where it’s coming from . I will continue this workout and post my results

Вы заканчивали упражнение например 30 секунд, делал упражнение 20 секунд, остальное отдыхаю 30 секунд. Это пока для меня начало, потому что я опять набрал вес🤭😄. Потом буду потихоньку уменьшать время отдыха. А так классно, без напряга тренинг. Мне 44 года олд 😊

Благодарю. С вами по тв Ютубе занимался, очень удобно, когда есть смарт бокс. Но для начало брал 30 секунд отдых. Делал это так. Вы заканчивали упражнение например 30 секунд, делал упражнение 20 секунд, остальное отдыхаю 30 секунд. Это пока для меня начало, потому что я опять набрал вес🤭😄. Потом буду потихоньку уменьшать время отдыха. А так классно, без напряга тренинг. Мне 44 года олд 😊
