    I normally can do the 2 different abs workout of the 7 min of your workout.i thought i was strong already but this workout made me humble. Still have a long way to be able to finnish the routine strong....thank you for such a great workout!!!

    Good exercises, I feel that I'm getting stronger but for some reason I haven't been able to build six pack for some time now.
    I eat a balanced diet, high in protein and low in carbohydrates. But there are no six pack
    Do you have any advice to improve the diet perhaps, to see results?

      usually at the start takes every 3 days then every 2 days and maybe after a while every day but 6 months to 1 year is possible the second thing is if you want 'visible abs' you need to also have a good height to weight ratio so if youre a lean girl then 6 months is possible yes

      Спасибо, что посетили мой недостающий канал. Лично я считаю, что 2 комплекта будут уместны. В случае упражнений на пресс трудно рассчитывать на сжигание большого количества калорий, поскольку многие группы мышц не мобилизуются.
