    I am a 53 year old woman, no sports since years. It was time to change everything - it works with 20 minutes every day only shoulder. After two month i got nice results.
    I made same exercises every day for two month, than two to four times a weak - without him knowing. I am fit. I go running too.

    If u want faster and better results, do this routine twice, if you dont go to the gym u you should know it usually takes 1-2hrs and this is only 20 mins, and only "attacks" chest and shoulders once. Good grind.

    Guys, it's worth it It should be noted that, before doing any of these exercises, first warm up, for example, do a series of 20 jumping jacks and 10 or 15 explosive squats, a good workout 🗿🍷

      He is dry because he does exercise on equipments that provide heavier loads than just calisthenics.
      That's why it's so easy for him to do body weight.

    Pike push up is too much for me for now, I hope I will to do them one day! Thank you for your content btw, it helps me tone my upper body

      Pike push-ups are difficult for me too, so I can't do them often. I also usually do shoulder exercises with a barbell press in a way that doesn't strain me. ^ ^ I'm grateful if my lacking video was a little helpful.

    Very lovely sir. First of all I appreciate you because you not only say the exercise but you do it all along as compared to the others they just say the exercise and do it 3-4 times that’s all but you do it completely including breaks and you change direction each and every time to show us how to do that exercise and how is it going and all…. Thank you so much sir for your efforts. Ever since I saw your videos I stopped watching all others videos. Sir please keep it up in the same way as you are doing now…
