I have problems, like addiction and other things But I want to change, starting from my body and myself and suddently I see this in my fyp of RUclips Hope that gonna work
That's a good suggestion. It is usually recommended to exhale in the section where the muscles are contracting during strength training. Not all motions may apply that way, but in the motions of muscle contraction and shortening, it can be seen as exhaling.
