Jae Ho I saw your video from 2 years ago, I did it everyday for 2 weeks, I’m starting to see results but please can you do a video for a workout plan without equipment because I’m young and can’t go to the gym but I don’t know which one of your workouts I should do so please give a workout plan and keep up the good work!!
Wow. First of all, I would like to thank you for consistently watching my channel, which is so lacking. I think setting an exercise goal is the first thing to do. If your goal is to develop upper body muscles, you can expect a certain level of exercise effect with push-ups and pike push-ups, but as you become more accustomed to the exercise intensity, you will need to gradually increase the load. I think you can apply enough exercise intensity by using a weight vest and dumbbell tools even without going to the gym. As an example of an exercise routine, I think it would be appropriate to do the following exercises in order, such as push-ups, pull-ups, pike push-ups (dumbbell shoulder presses may be more effective), and inverted rows (dumbbell rows may be better) in order, like the weight training order uploaded to my Instagram. After doing these four exercises in order for 3-4 sets, you can do one exercise each for triceps and biceps, which can be a basic exercise routine. normally i don't workout my abs yet, but I had to try your workout and I can honestly say it help me and now I am going to start working on this program more until i could be able to do more on my abs... Thank you Jae ho. so much respect to you.
Im back hyung😂 i decided to doing my exercises again that i lacking over 6 month bcos of suffering mental issues 😢 i want to back more fit and have abs while my body is big enough for now hehe😂
