    This is what I need to give more definition to my abs. My stomach is flat and tight but no six pack. I had to modify the jumping part a bit because of my ankle injury but I feel the burn on my abs with this routine. Thanks Jae-ho.

      I did it with the feeling of training like I did when I was an athlete before, but I also got muscle pain in my abs after a long time. ^ ^

      Últimamente, el estiramiento estático no parece recomendarse activamente después de un ejercicio extenuante. Creo que minimiza el estrés físico. Parece que se recomiendan movimientos gimnásticos simples con un mayor enfoque en la recuperación o ráfagas cortas de ejercicio aeróbico de intensidad ligera. En mi caso, después del ejercicio de otras partes como la parte superior del cuerpo y la parte inferior del cuerpo
      Teniendo en cuenta una mayor recuperación, realizo ejercicio aeróbico ligero y hielo durante un breve período de tiempo.

      It may vary depending on the individual's ability to perform. Considering the recovery of muscles, it would be good to do 3 sets once every 3-4 days. I alternate between mat ab workouts on Wednesdays or Thursdays and hanging leg raises weekends.

      We recommend doing 2-3 sets once every 3-4 days. This exercise is composed of an advanced version, but later, it is recommended to perform exercises that require a load such as hanging leg raises. Not only the exercise effect but also the time efficiency will be more advantageous.

    I find it strange cuz those were the beginning exercises that me and my friends started 😂. The advanced 1 we are doing now are like 10 times harder and they make u wanna quit hah.

      I think you should give an answer based on the above reply. It may vary depending on the purpose. If you simply want to sharpen your six-pack, you can do 3 sets of full-body workouts one day, 3 sets of abs the next, and light cardio the other day. It would be good to have a diet that adjusts the body fat rate to the target value.
      This exercise is designed as an advanced version. Although the actions are configured as higher versions of each action, additional deprecation is not applied.
      Other forms of advanced version may include crunches performed with hanging leg raise weights.
