    Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. 👍They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

      @@betaaquarii9155 I have an acting background and always loved voice actors who provide voice over work in video games. When I had my portfolio ready I send it out to some vid game dev studios.

    I do these everyday + 3 set push up. And a rest day per week, is it okay if i continue like this ?

      It depends on the individual's exercise ability, but we recommend doing 2 sets once every 3 days! The same goes for push-ups, and I think 3-4 sets would be appropriate!

    Hey Jae I am following a full body workout from 2 weeks from your videos only....I am some improvements but I need a proper spilt train routine for a whole week ...I am at just beginner / intermediate level........if you could make any proper video to follow or help me through the comments sections it will be more easier

      My channel is currently unable to create a series of routines. I am preparing a series of courses or curriculum that I think, so it is regrettable that I have not been able to produce them as content yet. ㅠ
      The direction may be different depending on the training purpose of the client performing the exercise. In the case of beginners without training experience, they are usually taught for the purpose of continuous training for 3 weeks each in the form of beginner and intermediate whole body exercises. After that, if the exercise ability is good enough to perform enough with your own weight, we recommend adding a little more load or increasing the load in the form of adding weight training. Weight training using the tools I uploaded may be applicable.

    Hello, I have herniated disc last year and I heard that doing sit up is one of the causes, shall I follow the sit up training in this video?

      I don't know exactly what the current status is, so I think I'll have to take a conservative approach. If the discomfort increases with the bending motion, it is better to exclude motions such as sit-ups. It will be possible to exercise the abs in a form where the plank alignment does not move, such as a mountain climber.

    A great workout.
    At the Moment i train Like this: Monday your chest,shoulders,six Pack workout. Tuesday your chest,Back,arms workout. Wednesday Leg,hip,six Pack workout. On Friday and Saturday a full Body workout.
    Wanted to ask you If this is good for me as a biginner or If you can advise me Something else?

      Depending on whether it is for weight loss or for designing the body, it will change later.
      It will be very important for what purpose it is for and how much exercise load it is. It's good to think of the frequency of increasing muscle size as taking 2-3 rest days per part. If so, on Monday (chest, shoulders), on Tuesday (back, lower body), on Wednesday, you can rest or do simple aerobic exercise. 2 days of upper body exercise, 2 days of lower body exercise, and the rest can be rest or simple aerobic exercise. Must be.
      The workout routine I maintain is primarily weight training to maintain muscle size.
      2 days a week (upper body) 2 days (lower body, abs) The remaining 3 days are resting or doing simple aerobic exercise.

    How much weight you use when you do weighted crunch?

      For a weighted crunch, 5 kg is sufficient. L SIT UP is possible for more than 5~10KG based on experience.
