    Excelente, assisto aqui do BR, os vídeos são didáticos e bom pra quem quer iniciar atividades físicas ou no meu caso que fiquei anos sem nenhuma atividade e retornando agora pra voltar à melhor forma física. Abraços.

      Hola. Si tiene el equipo, las elevaciones o despliegues de piernas colgantes son mejores para entrenar los músculos abdominales de manera más efectiva, ya que no ejercen presión sobre el cuello. ¡Los principales ejercicios abdominales que hago también incluyen levantamientos de piernas colgantes, despliegues y abdominales con peso!
