    I'd comment on every video, but the message is always the same. So here it comes. What gets me back over and over is the way you're presenting the workout. You're actually doing it yourself, music is great, very clear instructions and what is best, no loud shouting or 5 minute intro showing off your biceps. Pure concentration on the topic, just the way I like it. Do no change anything, not even the music you've chosen.

    Est-ce vous pouvez nous mettre un programme complet prise de masse pour débutant ?
    Si pouviez créer un playlist pour ça serait un atout.
    Je m'explique par exemple moi n'ayant pas suivi un programme j'ai pas su être régulier dans les entraînement je le fesais uniquement de temps en temps résultat aucun muscle 😢
