I got 9 minutes in and was reconsidering exercising as something I want to do any longer. Like questioning why anyone does this. What will I need this for? What am I trying to Achieve. What can I accomplish by pushing myself this hard. Why? I mean for what? I’m breathing harder now than I have in long long time (Chinese accent), but sheeeeeesh. I don’t like this workout. You’re an animal my friend. And I’m a smoker. And this exercise is a B*+*# Lol
