Nice workout, is it possible to build muscles or better say to keep muscles doing this every morning for 20 min, actually i'm going to gym 3 times a week and i'm not in a bad shape, but due to the lack of time and some times traveling, i don't have access to gym every day and i don't want to quit and lose my muscles, i appreciate for any advise! thanks in advance.
Hi Dear Honestly fat burning exercises will not build muscles but you can add on your exercises you can do three days cardio and three days strength training ..Thanks....

Saat ini saya tidak bisa melakukan senam aerobik seperti lari karena lutut saya kurang bagus, maka saya mengganti senam aerobik dengan senam sirkulasi sistemik hiit seperti video ini. Jae - ho, thank you for sharing your exercise content. As someone in recovery, these are great to work my way back to getting in shape for the gym. Initially, found your 5 min workout and completed that last tuesday. I also found this one and did half of the workouts on the longer video. I replaced some of the jumping ones with some single leg squats and if I was on the ground, did some of my lower back recovery ones. My day 2 was last Thursday and completed both workouts, completely that time. Here I am back, Jae - ho. Day 3 and tracking for Day 4 tomorrow before I rest Monday and Tuesday. Showing up to get at least 8 days this month. And eventually 30 days! Cheers🎉 to every one in comments who inspired me to get fit NOW, versus later. Weighing 132 now and hoping to reach 162 by the end of the year through bulk-eating and keeping on top of building muscle. May you all make the time and find the strength to at least show up. It's the common pattern many know for crushing goals. And yet my mind, lacking faith sees it as half the battle 💪🏽 More logically as I am, it seems like 50% growth from showing up, and the next 40% is attempting reps(doing the work). That last 10% is us saying we are maxed for the day, but getting into the position, pushing some reps, and holding the last rep. That's where our new capacity lies. We gain strength, resilience, stamina, endurance, and discipline. All gains, no loss 🙌🏽
28th Oct. Day 3. I thought I will just stop after the plank exercise in the first half but don't know what kept me going , somehow completed today as well. ( writing this just after workout , sweating profusely and I'm liking it. glad I didn't stop)

I don't know if exercise has any effect. But they make me feel good, and that sweat. And one more question, given exercises are done 7 times a week or should I skip one day?
If the intensity of the exercise is appropriate for the individual, it is possible to perform it once every two days. It's good to do it once every 3 days if enough load is applied, such as lifting extra weight in movements such as squats and lunges. This means that the lower and upper body muscles are given two days of rest. You can train the back muscles, arm muscles, etc. that you think are lacking on other days. Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on off days is also highly recommended. Exercises for the back muscles can be pull-ups and dumbbell rows, if possible.
Jae - ho, thank you for sharing your exercise content. As someone in recovery, these are great to work my way back to getting in shape for the gym.
Initially, found your 5 min workout and completed that last tuesday. I also found this one and did half of the workouts on the longer video. I replaced some of the jumping ones with some single leg squats and if I was on the ground, did some of my lower back recovery ones. My day 2 was last Thursday and completed both workouts, completely that time.
Here I am back, Jae - ho. Day 3 and tracking for Day 4 tomorrow before I rest Monday and Tuesday. Showing up to get at least 8 days this month. And eventually 30 days!
Cheers🎉 to every one in comments who inspired me to get fit NOW, versus later. Weighing 132 now and hoping to reach 162 by the end of the year through bulk-eating and keeping on top of building muscle.
May you all make the time and find the strength to at least show up. It's the common pattern many know for crushing goals.
And yet my mind, lacking faith sees it as half the battle 💪🏽
More logically as I am, it seems like 50% growth from showing up, and the next 40% is attempting reps(doing the work). That last 10% is us saying we are maxed for the day, but getting into the position, pushing some reps, and holding the last rep. That's where our new capacity lies. We gain strength, resilience, stamina, endurance, and discipline. All gains, no loss 🙌🏽

26th Oct. Day 1. Hated every second of it but kept on going.
27th Oct, Day 2 . If possible then I hated today's session even more , nevertheless completed it.
28th Oct. Day 3. I thought I will just stop after the plank exercise in the first half but don't know what kept me going , somehow completed today as well. ( writing this just after workout , sweating profusely and I'm liking it. glad I didn't stop)
