15 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT AT HOME (Fat burn | No Jump | No Equipment)

  • Hello, I am Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist.
    Today, we prepared a 15-minute full-body workout routine for beginners.
    Basically, lower body and upper body exercises are main for 30 to 40 seconds. It would be nice to think of it as having time to recover the muscles of the lower and upper body with abs exercises and 20 seconds of rest in the middle!
    If you want to increase muscle mass in addition to consuming calories, it's great to add an additional load with dumbbells or kettlebells! Gradually increasing the resistance with tools is also recommended!
    If you are in an environment where you can do pull-ups, it is highly recommended to replace them with pull-ups, and if you have dumbbells, replace them with dumbbell rows!

    I was very active at the gym but I slipped and went through a depression, in that process I went from 85kg to 120kg and I feel embarrassed to return to fitness. Knowing that it's important to my physical and mental health, I will try to walk when it's possible and exercise at home everyday using this routine, and to help me staying motivated I will check in every day that I workout. This is DAY 1 :)

    This is definitely a little harder then beginners workout. It's great for someone who knows how to workout but got out of shape and needs something at home. It was fun and challenging!! Thanks!

    this is my day 1 im currently at 85 kg and my height is 5'7 so basically im overweight. My weight in 2022 was 67 and i felt so much better during that time but due to stress i managed to gain 18 kilos and i hope i can comeback with my weight before pls leave a like so i can stay motivated everyday

    Ashamed to say that I couldn't do everything. I didn't quit but wasn't able to get it all done without stopping. But I'll bounce back and complete this all in one go in no time. It's me against me. Thank you!

      Same. I skipped a few. Push ups were the hardest and needed to catch up breath with a few of them. We start again tomorrow or in a few hours maybe. Let's do this

    I’m 42 years old, 110kg 6”1 so I hide my fat gain pretty well but decided enough is enough and now I’m aiming to get back to 90kg
    It’s killing me but my 5th day in and I’m lasting longer with this routine, I’m watching what I’m eating drinking water when normally it would be fizzy drinks!
    I ain’t gonna stop till I stick with the whole 15mins with extra breaks and I’m at the target weight and fitter for my 2 year old baby boy!

    Started working out yesterday and found this vid. It's rlly painfull for the first time but by not giving up i was able to do everything. And even tho it hurts, this is the only kind of pain that makes me feel good.

    I can go a long every lunch break I work from home and the only free time to do this is on my lunch break. sleep after shift and go to school.. this is great.. 2 weeks completed

There's a Korean proverb that says that a good start is half the battle. I think that just putting a plan into action is already half the battle.

      @@DankMaster1 dont know bro i am not able to loose weight by doing excercise. i have lost from 90 kg to 74 now. but that was because of intermittent fasting. i am ranging in 74-76 region for a month :(

    Thanks for workouts, coach. One thing I would suggest is to add special sound for when you switch sides in the exercise, e.g at 8:00 for another leg, that would be quite awesome. Looking forward for another one
