Thanks for these home workouts, they are a nice length and can be done in a limited space! I like having the timer (and voiceover) as a guide; the preview during the break is useful to prepare for the next move, as my usual instructor calls some by different names.
I've come to realise that my favourite videos feature Louis and a strategically placed mirror 😶

I have been following workouts for 2 weeks straight now (around 15 mins of non stop videos a day) and have gone down -6.9 LBS or -3.13KG. I have been watching my diet too (sugar and coffee are my weakness)

I love all of your workouts! Please keep making them. I do your 5 minute workouts for abs, 10 minutes everyday workouts, I just did 500 of the 1000 squats, it took me 3 days to do it!
