    This workout is a total blast, but don't let it fool you! It brings the heat, and by heat, I mean it's almost guaranteed to get you sweating.
    Shake the stress away and feel those amazingg endorphins as you dance and sing along to these fun tunes.
    So many of you asked for this throw back dance party, so I just had to!
    As a forewarning, some of the lyrics in this video are suggestive (as well as the dance moves), so if you have kiddos, just be aware ;)

    I just completed this workout and I'm feeling amazing. I've been struggling to find the motivation to exercise lately but your dance parties have really been helping me. I always have so much fun ❤ if possible, please do more dance parties and longer ones 💖

    Omg Jo!!! 11th November I was 65kg, today 11th January I'm 58kg!! Omg!!       @@naja12367 not really, just started eating healthier. Junk food was my weakness so I replaced them with healthier options and it made a huge difference. I still treat myself just not as much as I used to lol

    Hi Jo! Never miss out on reading your descriptions! So upbeat! Can't wait to "shake the stress away" let's gooo! I'd say my favourite dance party is the very first one I ever watched last year....the 80s dance party! It really gave me something to look forward to in the mornings...it was also the workout which started my growithjo workout journey! And boy am I glad that video found me! Now it's 2022 and I've noticed not only a change in my physique, but my overall mood and energy levels. You're unlike any other instructor out there on RUclips...so thank you!       @@cwise. sorry...just saw your comment 2 months later 😅... I'm still doing growithjo! I hope you've continued your journey too! I'm usually busy during the day so I do a 5 mile/ 3 mile weights/ dinner workout/ recovery workout at night. Those are my go-to growithjo workouts. I usually go about 2 weeks everyday with one day of rest (I'll go for a walk or something light) and jump straight back into it! But to be honest I just keep going and doing the workouts everyday...I pretty much just go on instinct and listen to how my body is feeling and if I need to rest. I'm starting to incorporate more morning AND evening workouts now. How are you going with Jo's workouts!?

    I struggle so much with shin splints but I wanted to keep going and I think I am close to that time of the month because I felt like crying for getting myself to work out today. Thanks for your time and effort in putting these together for all of us, it Is really appreciated beyond words.

    I've been so depressed. I started a healthy journey back in October but fell into depression December. In just one month and a half I lost all my progress and motivation. I finally got it together tonight, I dreaded this workout! Once this video got started I was having so much fun I forgot I was working out. Your smile and energy is EVERYTHING!     Every time I finish my exercises with you, I end up doing this dance. IT IS MY FAVORITE!

    This is easily the most low key intense workout I’ve had in a while and I loved ittt😂😂😂😂😂😂 the beat and the moves and the songs aligned so perfectly! Girl I am for sure sweaty and I am just recovering from 3 straight days of illness. I see how you sneaked those mountain climbers in there too😏😏😏In summation. Last year I was telling my husband that I wish there was a way to compensate you for helping us take care of our health.     This is my 7th day workout with your videos and I’m so happy !! All your videos type so good and very motivating, I usually do some elliptical trainer for 40-45 min then one of your videos ! OR I do directly 1h of your cardio video !

    I did this workout right after completing the 3 mile full body tabata workout, and I am completely drenched but I feel great and so joyful! These videos are always the perfect pick me up while torching those calories. Hopefully my downstairs neighbors don't hate me too much....

    I have been subscribed for so long now but I just recently started getting into your workouts and let me tell you!!!! I LOVE them ! They are so easy to follow and it seriously feels like I’m working out with my best friend!!! your videos motivate me to actually want to work out!!!!     Not even going to lie, Jo, I was not in the mood to dance so I turned another one of your videos on first and mid-way through that I was so hype I couldn’t wait to turn this one on!! And I’m not even a dancer or even dance for fun. I’m so uncoordinated but I was in the safety of my living room and I didn’t care how off beat I was because I was having fun with my 3 year old son! This was a fun one and I can’t wait to do more!! Thank you! ☺️☺️

    I was not expecting that yoga twist at the end, I'm surprised how easily I adapted even though I haven't done yoga in a long time. I guess your dance workouts are making me much stronger and resilient

    these always look so much easier beforehand. did the j.lo dance workout and this one and can't believe how much i'm sweating, while having had so much fun!! can't wait to try out more of these dance workouts :D thanks for the videos!
