I started this workout two days ago. Had to do it twice each day, because of how much I enjoyed it. The last song is the BOMB!! Just finished doing it today and I am dripping wet. Been doing growwithjo workout for a while now and I have shed pounds. Thinking about sharing videos about my progress so everyone can see how good her workouts are.

I did it 2 times per day
I cant thank you enough. I had a stroke in May and I have a rare blood disorder. I found that out while I was in the hospital. I'm 45 and I have a 5 year old. This is the first workout I've made it through. I feel great! Truly, you are changing lives💜

I still do growwithjo workouts at a few times a week! I altered my overall diet and eat 80% clean and healthy, and allow 20% of my diet to be a little less strict! With the healthy diet, calorie deficit, and fun workouts such as these dance videos I am finally seeing stress-free change in myself. If you are considering trying these out, I highly reccomend growwithjo, she has so many different workouts that are fun and have great music to go along with them. I’m starting my weight loss journey and sometimes workouts can be hard to follow but yours is fun and simple and I love how you put what’s coming up next so it doesn’t throw me off I tend to quit easy if I can’t follow correctly. I will be doing one or even the same workouts that you do everyday I was sweating like crazy and I didn’t have to go crazy hard to do it so thank you.

Thank you. I didn’t have motivation for working out anymore. Then, I found your videos and I got my motivation back! And I can see results already! I lost 1kg in one week, without any diet! ( just trying to drink more water and eat fruits for breakfast, I was never eating breakfast before). And more, even if it’s only 1kg, which is already great, I lost few cm! Guys, her workouts are life, you will have fun and sweat a lot!!

@@pitabread_ the only advise i can give u is to workout bc u enjoy it n not bc u "have to" in order to get skinny or whatever, otherwise it will only feel like a punishment. believe me, i've been there n i always end up giving up, but now i've finally found joy in it n it's super fun. i know it's hard but u can do it! try doing exercise w friends/ppl or some music, it will improve the experience a lot. plus keep in mind that the key is not working out like a lot everyday but keeping it constant, don't overtire yourself each day. i hope this makes any sense n helps u!!
@@pitabread_ also!!! dance workouts like hers r an amazing way to do exercise so if the idea of using dumbbells or exercises of that sort don't grab ur attention just enjoy these. they're fun n very effective too!

Love working out barefoot.
Working out barefoot has made it so much easier for me. I even go barefoot for strength training. Not having to put shoes on is one less thing I have to do to get ready to work out and when you make working out easier to start, then you’re more likely to do it.
Just did this for the first time ever. I am starting my weightloss and selfgrowth movement right this instant. Wish me luck guys :)

Wish I would’ve found you earlier in my pregnancy, I’ve been so so lazy to workout but this was FUN! I look forward to continuing to meet with you daily to dance. Truly, thank you so much. I’m excited to see how these last few weeks of dancing help my labor compared to my other 2 births where all I did was stretch and sometime workout.

This was my first workout for since I have gained 70 lbs (about a 1.5 years). It was a bit difficult but I modified when I needed to. It was a lot of fun! I plan on doing a 15 min workout every day until I can work up to 30 minutes. Thank you for such a fun workout!!!
