@@effjayyy i’m doing great thank you, 8 months later and that weight has stayed off! i’ve not done that work out for 5 months now because of health complications but i’m waiting to see what my doctor says to see if i can do it again. don’t give up, don’t be harsh on yourself. believe in yourself. you can actually do it! i was just like you i would just sit and watch and be like i want to but idk if it would work. getting up and doing it the same minute you see the video is what pushed me to work out. patience is key and self confidence is important too. say nice words to yourself even if you feel weird or like you’re lying bc trust me after 2 weeks you’ll feel great even if you don’t see any visible results. i know you can do it! ;))
@@spookylobster27 don’t give up! i’m telling you right now it does get better and better over time and you have to be patient and consistent with your workouts, and most important be nice to yourself. say nice words even if you feel strange, get into a healthier eating habit, not diet but just have three meals a day without eating more than a plate full and there’s so many fun, tasty and healthy snacks you can make for yourself. drink 2 litres of water every day no matter what. i just carried my water bottle everywhere i went. and most importantly, keep on going because you in the long run is waiting for you!

Hands down the best workout I've ever found! Honestly, I couldn't get rid of my hysterectomy/hormone belly. I found GWJ about 4 weeks ago and I've done this TABATA workout every day. I've lost inches and pounds everywhere!!! And my belly is almost gone! This is the only workout I find fun and look forward to (whaaattt?) Not only am I losing weight, I feel happier! I have been doing 20-30 min videos of Jo in the last 2 weeks (10 of the 14 days). Without really changing my diet and drinking a lot of beers, I see crazy results and lost almost 2kg........ I was just sick with Covid for the past 2 weeks and this is my first workout back And I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! I just finished this work out and let me tell you.....whew!! It is doable and sweaty! I adjusted on some of the moves that cause me to bend my knees but I modified and got it done. I want to let you know I did notice as I’m going a long I’m not seeing any stretching before and after every workout! And may I ask why? Because this is very important especially for those starting out. Or older people who are constantly stiffed. I think is a good idea you include it in your workouts. I've gotten so out of shape and I love all your videos. I use to do them daily then became a truck driver and stopped working out now I'm all out of shape. I use to whiz through videos now I have to pause in the middle take a breath and then resume. I'm determined to get back in shape. Keep doing what you do. I'm taking you on the road with me. ❤️

A person can workout all they want. But if we don't change our eating habits, our weight loss efforts will never change. I dropped 14 lbs in 2 months cutting out all sugar,carbs and looking at ingredients. 😮The will power has to be there... @kalpanaa2087 I just follow Indian diet. More fruits ,veggies, protiens, correct portions of carbs but I watch my portions and more water . Avoid junks, fried food.

@Laura Jayne I aim to do 1 hr a day. I tend to do 30mins in morning and 30 mins before bed. I do the longer workouts rather than dance workouts. And I do intermittent fasting 8:16 diet. It's worth trying. I just miss breakfast. I workout before eating and evening is about 1 hr after my last meal of the day.

Just started these workouts 3 days ago and already notice that I have more energy and motivated to exercise everyday! I have had anxiety going to the gym for the longest time and wanted to find a workout that would work for me at home and give me results. Day 2: ✅ I did her 2 mile workout today, and god I was sore! Had a good sweat! (Tried not to binge too much)
Day 3: ✅ I did the 4 mile one holy cow I WAS DYING! (I nearly collapsed)
Day 4: ✅ Did the 25 minute lower belly work out with the 15 minute fast walking. I feel like I was gonna die 🫠

I never, ever comment. But I feel like this is worth it! This is the happiest I have been in months! I've tried other workouts such as: Chloe Tings, her attitude is amazing, but I found I could never stay consistent😮💨 I tried growwithjo a few weeks ago and I haven't missed a day! I have slept better, have way more energy, and overall, just way more confident in myself! I don't even care if I lose weight now!! Thank you, Jo!!🥰

I was diagnosed with MS, with no visual disability, balance issues, fatigue and yes 35 extra pounds!! This workout is easy to follow, low impact, but challenging, helps with balancing and muscle strength. I am glad I found ya! ☺

I've been doing a combination of Jo's videos and MadFit strength training, and I can't believe in the last 2 months I've lost 10 pounds! I've also cleaned up my diet, which also plays a significant role, but between these two ladies I am for the first time in my life staying consistent with exercise. I was just sick with Covid for the past 2 weeks and this is my first workout back And I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!!! I just feel so blessed that my body recovered itself and I am able to get back up and move my body. Last week I was not even able to walk to the kitchen without feeling like I ran a marathon and now today I just did a 20 min tabata workout. You provide workouts that are effective and DOABLE for everyone! I told my mom and her partner to start and they love them! You are changing lives ! ❤️

I just finished this work out and let me tell you.....whew!! It is doable and sweaty! I adjusted on some of the moves that cause me to bend my knees but I modified and got it done. This one is short but packs a punch. I’ve lost 20 pounds doing a variety of your 30 min workout routines everyday. I limited my eating window from 12-8pm. I’ve still got a way to go but man your workouts have been so helpful to find something I actually enjoy and can stick with. Thank you Jo!!!

I want to let you know I did notice as I’m going a long I’m not seeing any stretching before and after every workout! And may I ask why? Because this is very important especially for those starting out. Or older people who are constantly stiffed. I think is a good idea you include it in your workouts. I have to pause the videos to make sure I do stretch before and after. Thank you! And great work!!! You are an inspiration

It’s amazing right!!! It worked so well for me because I have trouble getting bored when things are too long. So the short spurts of workouts and tests were SO awesome! I’d love a 50 minute like this!!

I've gotten so out of shape and I love all your videos. I use to do them daily then became a truck driver and stopped working out now I'm all out of shape. A person can workout all they want. But if we don't change our eating habits, our weight loss efforts will never change. I dropped 14 lbs in 2 months cutting out all sugar,carbs and looking at ingredients. 😮The will power has to be there... @kalpanaa2087 I just follow Indian diet. More fruits ,veggies, protiens, correct portions of carbs but I watch my portions and more water . Avoid junks, fried food.

@Laura Jayne I aim to do 1 hr a day. I tend to do 30mins in morning and 30 mins before bed. I do the longer workouts rather than dance workouts. And I do intermittent fasting 8:16 diet. It's worth trying. I just miss breakfast. I workout before eating and evening is about 1 hr after my last meal of the day.
