    all I can say is you must have magic powers. As someone who has ADHD and struggles with finding the motivation to work out consistently, it is more than a little impressive that you have had me up and active almost every day (sometimes twice a day) for 2 months straight. Thank you for unlocking the part of me that actually enjoys working out! I have noticed a difference in how my body looks and, most importantly, how I look at myself! my confidence has skyrocketed, I don't even work out with the intention of losing weight anymore, which was a foreign concept to me 2 months ago.

    i’m gonna be so honest rn i’m a teenage girl who is struggling with my body image. i found lilly sabri and would try to do her workouts but would give up after 2-3 days because they were so intense and so hard. i just began doing grow with jo this morning actually, i did 25 mins of her workout when i only planned on doing 15! she makes it so much fun! i def recommended

    This is the first time I tried this , 12 minutes but it made me sweaty , out of breath and my legs were shaking , after this workout my muscles are relaxed and i feel lightweight , I will add this to my list of exercises , I recommend this workout

    I discovered your channel about 5 months ago when I decided to take my life back and lose the weight I gained after having kids and being lazy. I have been working out daily to your videos and have been putting my all into it. I started at 350 lbs. and am now at 290 lbs. and going strong! I am 40 years old and I was going to die if I didn't do something about my weight and unhealthy lifestyle. Now I feel and look amazing, my husband says my self confidence is sexy . This is less intimidating than the gym and is so much fun! You encouraged me to make this my new lifestyle and not just something to do to lose weight and then stop when I hit my goal weight like I had always done in the past.

    Your workouts are amazing !! The last time I looked forward this much to exercise was about 4 years ago with boxing classes. I’m currently coming out of intensive cancer treatment and have enough time and after gaining 15 + KGs, I’m so happy to be back on the bandwagon with enough time and energy to workout again. I’m hoping to lose 8-10 KGs in 2 months. My mood has already greatly improved 4 days in and it really is a feat to get me, someone who has struggles with depression and lived a sedentary lifestyle for most my life, up and moving !     The 12 min series is so fun I ended up doing 3 videos of it! Love love love all the song choices, and having your friend next to you - she gives a nice chill vibe and that motivates me to keep going.     I have not worked out in like 40 days because first week i l had my midterms then I got sick with dengue and then my grandmother passed away and dealing with the grief hasn't been easy plus as someone who lost 30 pounds this year i gained 5-7 pounds in this time and felt so depressed with the grief plus how my body changed and getting back to working out was being super HARD but I have been doing this from 3 days AND finally GETTING some movement again makes me feel good .... I'll try my best to be back on track in a few weeks ....thank you so much jo for these 12 minute fun workouts!

    I did it!!! Late at night at 12 midnight before bed. I was feeling quite down earlier in the day with body pains cause i didn't sleep well the night before, im a breastfeeding mom but i decided to show up for myself. I did this workout to the end and ended up doing another 12 mins bed time workout and did some diastitis recti exercises. Im so glad i did. I feel so calm relaxed and ready for bed.

    It’s been 2 weeks since I last did one of your work outs because I got a little lazy and weak but I decided that I no longer am going to be lazy. I didn’t give it all my all because I was weak but I did my best to finish this work out. And for those who are busy in the mornings, I recommend the 5 minutes workout.❤

    This worked! I had a really huge dinner and I was For sure I gained weight but I woke up the next morning and lost about 0.4kg from yesterday morning! I was surprised I lost weight! I’m for sure using this video to help my broken metabolism. I went from losing 0.2 kg of weight each night but it went up and im really grateful! Thank you Jo ! Protect this human ❤️❤️

    Whew. I needed this type of quick workout, that is easy and yet not. I am not a super active person, and even having a job where I'm on my feet all day and moving around, I'm the heaviest I've ever been, and really need to start getting more all around activity, and this is a good way to start. Workouts that are about 10 minutes long that I can do before bed or in the morning. I've got a few saved, including this one, and I'm going to do my best to keep it up and do one most nights of the week, if not all, as well as start eating better.

    I don't work out often, but I'm starting now with this. I think just lowing my calories helps too, and has helped me lose 10lbs from 340lbs (I'm 330 rn!) This much at least will help a lot too!

    Hi Jo, I weigh 99kgs and I’m only 27 years old I had a c section 3 years ago today I went to the shop to get me clothing for a event and felt so dispondent I wanted to cry nothing looks pretty on me anymore because of my belly. What workouts do you suggest I truly focus on? For quick results I did a dance workout tonight so proud of myself for completing it. Please do help . Thanks for the amazing content I always tell people I want to follow your workouts but never was consistent but after today I promised myself I need to be😢

    I really dont like my family or just anyone watching me do anything in the concept of working out but this workout is quiet in my room so i actually had the motivation to do it and I love it❤

    I love these 12 min workouts! But serious question for the community - has anyone lost weight by JUST doing one of these per day and eating healthy? I read somewhere that we need 30 min per day so maybe 2 of these and you’re good?

    Hi Jo! I just want to let you know how excited I am to go to the toilet after doing the exercise! I don't know what's the connection between exercise and going pooping (I'm sorry if that sounds rude) but every time I do your 12 minute fat burn workout I'll go to the toilet and unleash everything 😆. I feel good overall and will do these workouts everyday! Bless you Jo.

    My best friend recommended your workouts to me when I started up a month ago, I follow different ones each day and they’re honestly amazing. The weight is coming off quite slowly 🙄 (also in a calorie deficit) but the mental benefits are enough to keep me going! ❤
