Your 10 min workouts are EVERYTHING!! My schedule is nuts, but I’m able to do 10 minutes of the mornings. Sometimes 10 minutes at lunch. And always 10 minutes of the evenings. Lifesavers!! You are such a radiant light, and your baby is the cutest ever!!! 😻
@@rebeccapettiford5389 I’m certainly no fitness expert, but it helps my energy of the mornings, and since I’ve already done 10 or 15 minutes I’ll think quietly to myself when I get home what’s 10 or 15 more! And it’s helped me maintain my weight loss which I was struggling to do previously. Plus it’s much more manageable to fit into my schedule ☺️
This is the first time I’ve ever done a workout and didn’t have to stop😭. I’m 27 YO and currently on a weight loss journey . I’m starting to get back pain so it time I start putting off what needs to be done. Here’s to completing a full workout with no breaks 🥂
Love all the HIIT workouts and Tabata there my favorite lately I've been doing the hour workouts and the results for the past 2 weeks is absolutely amazing I was working out the other day and my 10 year old son says wow mommy your back and arms are so cut up now! I was smiling from ear to ear I've worked hard since last July going from 208 to 165 from a size 2x to an 8/10 everyone ask me what's my secrets in losing so much weight in 7 months! I hit a plateau in my weight loss at 152 - 154 for a week and a half. SLOWLY introduced more calories to my diet (im still in deficit, it's called reverse dieting) and less workouts per week. Broke my plateau yesterday. 148.8 lbs this morning. (Results vary, And of course I am not a nutrition or fitness expert just seeing what works for me.)

My daughter and I LOVED the Encanto dance party and I enjoy her more "PG 13" dance parties, if you will lol Im also in a calorie deficit, getting lots of protein, drinking a gallon of water a day and I do my own cardio and strength training on Saturdays. It took me about 2.5 months to lose 15 lbs, having a cheat meal or a Michelob Ultra seltzer once a month 🙃 I don't recommend alcohol but hey, in extreme moderation won't hurt lol

All of your workouts give me life! I'm 68, and I've been working out with Jo for a little over a month. I have lost 30 lbs so far, so I'm beyond ecstatic about these workouts and the results I'm achieving. I work out most every day, 30 to 60 minutes per day (some exercises I do x2 back to back). Omgoodness!! I loved this!! I was soaking in sweat and followed this with some weights n ab work. I've lost 10lbs in 20days. I don't eat any fried anymore or sweets or bad snacks. Some one once told me that when you don’t feel like working out at least try for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes you still don’t feel like it then at least you tried for 10 minutes. Many times like you I end up going another round! Love the 10 and 20 mins for this reason!

Prior to the pandemic I trained in MMA then I had a baby 20 months ago today. I absolutely LOVE your workouts. I have so much admiration and respect. Seeing you with your baby melted my heart. As a mom working from home and trying to care for myself is hard my little one keeps me so busy that I remind myself that he is only little for awhile. Seriously my fav RUclipsr for work outs. You’re so fun and positive and uplifting and it really makes a difference! I have endometriosis and struggling with a chronic illness means I have to deal with a lot of sudden and prolonged pain. Outside of that, I have POTS and have to be on a beta blocker because of my heart- I’ve tried so many workouts from different RUclipsrs, but a lot of them don’t have videos for different kinds of people. A lot of them are high intensity and too hard on my heart/pelvic pain. I absolutely love your videos! They’re made for everyone, and you’re the first RUclipsr who’s videos I’ve actually been able to stick to. Thank you so much, you make a difference! ❤️

Decided to do this today even though its morning. Been lazy and have been following you for a long time, but only did maybe one workout. Gotta do something different to see something different. I'm around 300lbs, so this was great for me and I didn't even have to stop. Going to try and make this a habit. Might even do it tonight too. 10 minutes = No excuses. Did this workout tonight I’m a night owl so I did it at 2:30 am. And it was quiet no one woke up other than my dog oops 😬 , but I’m gonna try to do this every night or at least a couple times a week I’m also gonna try you’r other workouts I’m a teenager I did keto for 6 months and lost only 10 pounds and it really ruined my relationship with food. And I’ve been trying to fix it but I know have gained back the 10 pounds and more holidays are coming up and I can’t go on another diet so I’m gonna try this and I hope it works. 😢 💓 thank you for making these your a very good role model jo

First of all, I just want to say thank you. I've been a follower of yours now for a long time but only recently started to use your workouts because I was determined to work out at home versus at a gym. I love your workouts and your positive attitude! I actually look forward to working out because of you. I know I asked this before but sometimes my calorie count doesn't match yours. I also know all bodies are different. I add ankle weights and hold 2 lb weights when working out but still am doing the workouts alongside you timing wise. I do the same workout setting too (indoor walk). Am I doing something wrong? Like for the 10,000 step one, my watch said I only burned 326 calories.
yeah me too. i did the 10 000 step as well. i burned 483 and 5935 steps although i did the whole workout. i think maybe bcs of the different type of watch? Jo's using apple watch while me, im using mi fit 5

I wonder if that is actually more effective than just doing one workout in the morning and being done with it. Because then you are active all day!

Not sure about doing this at night because I usually feel so energised after doing one of Jo's workouts but will definitely do this one when I need a quick one.

I've been doing your walking workouts on and off for a year! It has been really helpful in my postpartum journey. For anyone who is on their fitness journey or struggling with it, trust the process and stay consistency and always listen to your body!

All of your workouts give me life! I'm 68, and I've been working out with Jo for a little over a month. I have lost 30 lbs so far, so I'm beyond ecstatic about these workouts and the results I'm achieving. I work out most every day, 30 to 60 minutes per day (some exercises I do x2 back to back). Along with the workouts, I've cut way down on the sugar and focus on eating more vegetables and fruits and lots of water. I'm gonna go all the way with Jo. Her enthusiasm keeps me going! Omgoodness!! I loved this!! I was soaking in sweat and followed this with some weights n ab work. I've lost 10lbs in 20days. I don't eat any fried anymore or sweets or bad snacks. I did cut dairy to only on my cheat day bread too. My mommy belly is showing the work I'm putting in. Love this!!! I haven't found a good workout that makes me not wanna quit. I'm so into it and the vibe and energy is awesome. I love your 10-min workouts. I did this one right before bed and body was relaxed, and not sore when I woke up. Sometimes I do 3 or 4 of your workouts a day and I lost 6 lbs in a week, my stamina and endurance has increased, and my stomach has lost a 2 inches. Some one once told me that when you don’t feel like working out at least try for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes you still don’t feel like it then at least you tried for 10 minutes. Many times like you I end up going another round! Love the 10 and 20 mins for this reason!

I stumbled upon your channel through my work's weekly newsletter. In the newsletter is a weekly recipe and workout. Out of the few I have viewed, yours is by far my favorite. Prior to the pandemic I trained in MMA then I had a baby 20 months ago today. I absolutely LOVE your workouts. I have so much admiration and respect. Seeing you with your baby melted my heart. As a mom working from home and trying to care for myself is hard my little one keeps me so busy that I remind myself that he is only little for awhile. A perfect mini-workout! Just enough to get my heartrate up and a little bit of sweat. I don't get off work till 8pm so this little workout is just right for my crunched evenings. Also - SURPRISE BABY!
Seriously my fav RUclipsr for work outs. You’re so fun and positive and uplifting and it really makes a difference! I have endometriosis and struggling with a chronic illness means I have to deal with a lot of sudden and prolonged pain. Outside of that, I have POTS and have to be on a beta blocker because of my heart- I’ve tried so many workouts from different RUclipsrs, but a lot of them don’t have videos for different kinds of people. A lot of them are high intensity and too hard on my heart/pelvic pain. I absolutely love your videos! They’re made for everyone, and you’re the first RUclipsr who’s videos I’ve actually been able to stick to. Thank you so much, you make a difference! ❤️

Decided to do this today even though its morning. Been lazy and have been following you for a long time, but only did maybe one workout. Gotta do something different to see something different. I'm around 300lbs, so this was great for me and I didn't even have to stop. Going to try and make this a habit. Might even do it tonight too. 10 minutes = No excuses. Did this workout tonight I’m a night owl so I did it at 2:30 am. And it was quiet no one woke up other than my dog oops 😬 , but I’m gonna try to do this every night or at least a couple times a week I’m also gonna try you’r other workouts I’m a teenager I did keto for 6 months and lost only 10 pounds and it really ruined my relationship with food. And I’ve been trying to fix it but I know have gained back the 10 pounds and more holidays are coming up and I can’t go on another diet so I’m gonna try this and I hope it works. 😢 💓 thank you for making these your a very good role model jo

First of all, I just want to say thank you. I've been a follower of yours now for a long time but only recently started to use your workouts because I was determined to work out at home versus at a gym. I love your workouts and your positive attitude! I actually look forward to working out because of you.
I know I asked this before but sometimes my calorie count doesn't match yours. I also know all bodies are different. I add ankle weights and hold 2 lb weights when working out but still am doing the workouts alongside you timing wise. I do the same workout setting too (indoor walk). Am I doing something wrong? Like for the 10,000 step one, my watch said I only burned 326 calories.
yeah me too. i did the 10 000 step as well. i burned 483 and 5935 steps although i did the whole workout. i think maybe bcs of the different type of watch? Jo's using apple watch while me, im using mi fit 5
