Same here. Got knee injury on Novermer 2023 and could not go to the gym anymore. Still can't do my workout on the knees since the knee hurts so much. And gained weight back. So now I started again with Jos workouts and it makes miracles. My body is so happy to go into the shape little by little. 🥰
Jo I want to say thank you my sister in law told me about your videos back in April and I have been doing them since. I was 170lbs. @@yumaungmaungaung2261 I’ve switched up the videos from the indoor walking to the cardio. I’ve stayed consistent by doing the same videos every day for like 2 weeks then I would change and do another one. It’s all about what you want to do and how you want to do it.
Not gonna lie- every day I have to make myself workout (even though I LOVE Jo) and I always feel like quitting when there’s 10 minutes left, but I’ve been pushing through and it feels wonderful. I’m staying consistent and it’s all because of Jo’s sunshine personality and positive pep talks. They mean the world to me!!
Yeah after doing this workout for twenty minutes, I looked at the timer and said, “I’m quitting, I’m done.” But then I thought of the results and pushed through!
I gotta confess i stopped at the last 3 minutes, but im sweating and loving it! Its hard doing a workout when depressed but this is my day two of staying cosistent! And i gotta be proud of myself that i did something else than being so dark today. Thank God i found Jo!
First time back after over a year out and joint injury with some osteoporosis so had to take it a bit slow but a great workout. Managed 16min hopefully I will go longer each day thank you xx
You should be proud of yourself! Just say to yourself it was good doing the workout (Minus the three minutes) then not doing anything at all. 😅 We all have our bad days but just the fact doing should be already amazing! Much love!
I lost 11 kg in 5 months doing mostly Jo's videos 5 days a week and eating slightly less than my sedentary caloric requirement. I fell off the bandwagon for 2 months (no exercise + intuitive eating) and gained back almost 2 kg. I'm here to make it official to myself that I'm hopping back on this ride and aiming to lose another 10 kg. To those who have started and lost motivation, we can do this. We can always get back on track and restart the journey.
@@enidan2098 Thank you! I usually do 1 video a day but some days I'd do 1 video in the morning and 1 in the evening. I think the key for me is controlling my diet with 30 min exercise a day. All the best to you too!
I don't know how, but I just discovered your platform 3 weeks ago. I have never enjoyed Cardio so much in my life! 2 1/2 weeks ago I clicked on one of your videos and did the workout, 2 days later after doing 2 more videos I downloaded your app and started the beginner 4 week body recomp program and pairing it with one of your cardio workouts everyday and I'm down 10lbs (combined with eating in a 400-500 calorie deficit, 140grams or more of protein and around a gallon of water a day). You're a queen Jo!!!!

I turned 45 in Feb. I've pretty consistently gained 2 lbs a month this year! It's our age and our bodies 😫. But we can do this!! Just started back to these videos with much grace and a new mindset.

I gound you while pregnant with our 4th girl. Was originally doing the workout you made while pregnant with your second. After we lost her at 18 weeks, all i could do to hold my self together was to continue doing your workouts. This one has been kicking my behind. Coming up on my 1 year anniversary of working out with Jo! Within the past year I lost a total of 8#, which may not sound like much, but that 8# has STAYED OFF. I’ve been doing her workouts for a month now. These have been the best workouts (movement, duration, intensity) for my 10 month postpartum body. I’m still breastfeeding so I can’t do anything with a lot of jumping or high intensity and these are perfect for me. The bounce back after my first 2 kids was so easy, but after my third and fourth it has been so hard. She has helped me get moving, stay motivated through the entire set and at the pace my body needs. Plus I’ve lost 15 pounds just doing this and eating clean and healthy foods. Love her 🫶🏼💕✨
After YEARS of a sedantary life and sciatica pain worsening Im scrolling through RUclips videos and this pops up on my feed. I said ok time to stop wishing for better health and do something about it.. 20 minutes in to this workout Im so out of breath I was laid across the bed trying to pull it together to finish. After a small break I picked back up where i left off and finished. Today I challenged myself to complete the whole video without stopping and mission accomplished!! i took over a year break from exercising due to depression but i will ALWAYS come back to jo. i saw my best results following her videos and while i may not have been able to finish this video, its my motivation to keep doing it. last year i completed a 4 hr hike on the Appalachian mountain after doing Jo's exercises for like 5 months. before working out with Jo, i couldnt even handle a 30 min walk around my leveled neighborhood. cant wait to start my fitness journey again with Jo
I just saw your video that was posted two years ago. I don't know where I was . Your videos are the best I have seen. They are low impact and get you sweating. I had a foot injury. It was hard to get back in shape. Everyone's else's videos were too hard for me. I wanted an exercise program I can do. After I saw your video, it motivated me to get up and try your 20 min exercise. Well, I push myself. Then, the next day, 30 min, then 45 minutes. Well, I completed a week working out with you. 😅 I really enjoyed your videos. I found something I can do. Thank you! I’ve just starting following the workouts and I have NEVER been a athletic sort of person but pushing myself and also having the motivation from you Jo to get through it and have fun has been amazing. It challenged me,thats for sure! 😅 I started my journey in June 2023, I went strong until November, but then my cat of 13 years had to be put down and it put me into a depression.. (starting I weighed 220 and in December I weighed 169) I gained weight back and ended up being 181.. I was eating away my sadness of such a traumatic loss.. I started back up in March and I’m now 172 pounds. God bless you all, and no matter what life throws at us we can rise above and keep her pushing! YOU ARE WORTH IT
I am not going to lie, this was a challenge for me! I didn't think I would finish, but I did! Yay! I've been doing shorter videos and noticed that although short, they work you! I have a ways to go, but she makes it easy to stay consistent! Makes you feel good about the 8 minutes, 10 minutes, or 15 minutes you put in! Thanks, Jo! And yes, ditto, you look amazing
I just did this after a week of not working out and indulging in holiday treats! This workout kicked my butt. I had to stop at the 25 mt mark. Ive done Jo's 1 hour workouts as well but this one was challenging for me for some reason. Hope to resume my regular workout routine from today and gain my stamina back.
I’m the same way. I was able to get through it all but felt kinda lightheaded at the end lol (now I know i can’t workout on an empty stomach). I plan to workout 5x week with her videos and do this video 2/5 days to build my stamina and take it slow and do other videos of her for the remaining 3 . This will enable me to keep being consistent while building my stamina if I find this one to hard to do 5x week.. especially once muscles get sore it makes it even harder. Don’t give up ❤
@TheeBrittneynicole that sounds like a good plan! All the best! Let's do this! Also, I usually eat a piece of toast with peanut butter before working out. I know many people work out on empty stomachs, but I personally find that I can actually give my best if I eat something light .
I’ve been working out 1hr Monday-Saturday for a month with Jo videos. And I’ve lost 10lbs in a month 😊I also changed my diet (drink a lot of water too) I cut all sugar and carbs, fast food etc. I’m Mexican so I still eat my delicious food just less 😂. I feel great and I can’t wait to go back to my doctor appt next month to show him I did it without any diet pills. I’m so proud of myself. Omg I’ve been going to gym for 5.5 months doing machines and elliptical to get my strength back up and I tried this workout today and I got thru the entire workout!!! I can’t wait to do more! I’ve got 15 lbs to lose and I’m sure I can get it done soon with your exercises Jo!
I have been struggling with my weight. Then on May 21 2024 I discovered this video and wow this is perfect. I did it to the end and felt like I couldn’t do this again. To be honest I was very sore couldn’t move. May 22 2024 came back did this video again to the end. My body was still crying lol. May 23 2024 came back did it again to the end and this time it felt easier. Still have the sore ness but I realized I had to push through. Here we are Friday May 24 2024 I did this video two times making it an hour. I feel great with minor soreness. I’m still energized and I probably could do another lol. Here’s what I learned from all this. First spend time with God. Without Him we cannot do the things we want in this life. He gives us the strength to get on through or day. All you have to do is ask Him spend time with him. During the video I was working on my breathing. Instead of huffing and puffing I breathed in through my nose and out the mouth during a hard exercise. Every time I feel tension during a workout I breathe out my mouth through it. When I do this it makes the workout easier. My plan from here on out is to continue consistently with this video and see how it goes for a month. Tomorrow I will do this video and Sunday will be my rest day. Next week I’ll give one rest during the week and one on weekend. I shall be back with results at the end of June Lord willing😊. Day 4 of doing Jo’s workouts and ngl I struggled with this one. Only managed 20 minutes before I had to stop because I couldn’t push myself to do more. I was annoyed at myself but after a 5 minute breather I reminded myself that it’s been 3YEARS since I done a proper workout and with my pregnancy weight. Tomorrow is a new day to try again

I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder in 2023. After a few sessions of physiotherapy I added some of your workouts and slowly worked on regaining shoulder movements and range. I have had major results in my shoulder still some mild pain and discomfort but for the most part I am able to move and use my shoulder and arm . Thanks Jo for another great workout! So I just did my first run with this, and omg THE BURN IS REAL! For only a 30 minute workout, my body definitely felt it. I'm 8 months post pregnancy with a c-section, and this workout felt so good. It gets you moving without feeling like I'm going to rip my scar or anything. And it has me hyped up, ready to do another workout (and that's with 6 hours sleep). Unlike other workouts that had me feeling exhausted afterwards. So I would definitely recommend this workout

As an overweight teenager im trying to lose weight and become strong so today dec 30 will be my first day Also i would appreciate any tips other than following jo's videos Day 1 (*Dec 30*): done and sweating hard it will prob get eaiser to do but as of now its not hard just tiring Day 2 (*Dec 31*): yay! done, like before it's easy but tiring and I don't feel like it's become easier also before doing this workout I had karate (yes i rested for a while before starting) Day - /happy new year/ (*Jan 1*): I couldnt with celebrations and church Day - (Jan 2): i dont have an excuse Day - (Jan 3): was planning for a party Day - (Jan 4): my birthday party I'm starting over bc i skipped 4 days in a row Day 1 (Jan 5): Okk I haven't done any exercise for months sadly, now i just started to exercise again after shifting my house anyways here's how my months have gone Feb.. pretty good I didn't exercise but I played sp&orts and walked and did an aerobic dance thing for school March...June... just sports which I used to hate but now I'm trying to better myself and yea! July.. I went to India for vacation and I did a little bit of walking but it really wasn't much amd I wouldn't count on it August.. now! plans to stay consistent and start my fitness journey but now im in a higher grade on school so ive stuck to a 20 min video from Jo!
I am 4 months pregnant with twins and this was GREAT! I have been finding some movements on my regular workouts are hard to maneuver, but I was able to do all of this. Love your videos, Jo! They NEVER disappoint. I am always dripping afterwards!
This one felt so good! I've been doing these workouts plus stretching for about a month now, and this is the first 30 minute video I was able to stick with! I'm feeling more energetic and flexible. I'm even able to give the moves more "bounce" like Jo does. Can't wait to see where I am in another month!

Jo...let me tell you! I did the workout in my kids (age 1 and 3 😅) playroom, while they ran around playing around me. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Then the next day I woke up sore. This is such an awesome workout in a short amount of time! Definitely coming back to this one time and time again!

I’m only on day two and I’m so sore but I’m loving how I feel doing it. It’s not just one thing for thirty minutes that drags. I’m trying my hardest to stick to doing this 5 times a week!
This is my first day doing exercise, I saw a tiktok of yours and finally today decided to give it a try, IT WAS AMAZING! I feel so proud because I could finish it. I suffer from vertigo and today I was feeling it and I still could complete it all without feeling sick, this routin is what I needed ❤
This was perfect for getting me going without wearing me out at the start of the day. Did it outside facing the morning sun and barefoot to kill three birds with one stone. Also it seems to have reduced my morning autoimmune thyroid muscle stiffness. I hope to add this several times a week to my 2x/week strength training.
Today I start again. After the birth of my daughter, I lost almost 20 kg with Jo and Tiffany Rothe. I was in the best shape of my life. Today, 7 months after the birth of my son, 14 months without exercise and 14kg heavier, I'm starting again. Wish me good luck. best regards from Germany

Same here. Got knee injury on Novermer 2023 and could not go to the gym anymore. Still can't do my workout on the knees since the knee hurts so much. And gained weight back. So now I started again with Jos workouts and it makes miracles. My body is so happy to go into the shape little by little. 🥰

Jo I want to say thank you my sister in law told me about your videos back in April and I have been doing them since. I was 170lbs. @@yumaungmaungaung2261 I’ve switched up the videos from the indoor walking to the cardio. I’ve stayed consistent by doing the same videos every day for like 2 weeks then I would change and do another one. It’s all about what you want to do and how you want to do it.
Not gonna lie- every day I have to make myself workout (even though I LOVE Jo) and I always feel like quitting when there’s 10 minutes left, but I’ve been pushing through and it feels wonderful. I’m staying consistent and it’s all because of Jo’s sunshine personality and positive pep talks. They mean the world to me!!
Yeah after doing this workout for twenty minutes, I looked at the timer and said, “I’m quitting, I’m done.” But then I thought of the results and pushed through!
I gotta confess i stopped at the last 3 minutes, but im sweating and loving it! Its hard doing a workout when depressed but this is my day two of staying cosistent! And i gotta be proud of myself that i did something else than being so dark today. Thank God i found Jo!

I lost 11 kg in 5 months doing mostly Jo's videos 5 days a week and eating slightly less than my sedentary caloric requirement. I fell off the bandwagon for 2 months (no exercise + intuitive eating) and gained back almost 2 kg. I'm here to make it official to myself that I'm hopping back on this ride and aiming to lose another 10 kg.
To those who have started and lost motivation, we can do this. We can always get back on track and restart the journey.

@@enidan2098 Thank you! I usually do 1 video a day but some days I'd do 1 video in the morning and 1 in the evening. I think the key for me is controlling my diet with 30 min exercise a day. All the best to you too!

I have never enjoyed Cardio so much in my life! 2 1/2 weeks ago I clicked on one of your videos and did the workout, 2 days later after doing 2 more videos I downloaded your app and started the beginner 4 week body recomp program and pairing it with one of your cardio workouts everyday and I'm down 10lbs (combined with eating in a 400-500 calorie deficit, 140grams or more of protein and around a gallon of water a day). I turned 45 in Feb. I've pretty consistently gained 2 lbs a month this year! It's our age and our bodies 😫. But we can do this!! Just started back to these videos with much grace and a new mindset.
Update. I am now down to 189. The videos are amazing and I’m also incorporating IF along with high protein low carb.

I’ve been doing her workouts for a month now. These have been the best workouts (movement, duration, intensity) for my 10 month postpartum body. I’m still breastfeeding so I can’t do anything with a lot of jumping or high intensity and these are perfect for me. The bounce back after my first 2 kids was so easy, but after my third and fourth it has been so hard. She has helped me get moving, stay motivated through the entire set and at the pace my body needs. Plus I’ve lost 15 pounds just doing this and eating clean and healthy foods. Love her 🫶🏼💕✨
After YEARS of a sedantary life and sciatica pain worsening Im scrolling through RUclips videos and this pops up on my feed. I said ok time to stop wishing for better health and do something about it.. 20 minutes in to this workout Im so out of breath I was laid across the bed trying to pull it together to finish. After a small break I picked back up where i left off and finished. Today I challenged myself to complete the whole video without stopping and mission accomplished!! i took over a year break from exercising due to depression but i will ALWAYS come back to jo. i saw my best results following her videos and while i may not have been able to finish this video, its my motivation to keep doing it. last year i completed a 4 hr hike on the Appalachian mountain after doing Jo's exercises for like 5 months. before working out with Jo, i couldnt even handle a 30 min walk around my leveled neighborhood. cant wait to start my fitness journey again with Jo
I just saw your video that was posted two years ago. I don't know where I was . Your videos are the best I have seen. They are low impact and get you sweating. I had a foot injury. It was hard to get back in shape. Everyone's else's videos were too hard for me. I wanted an exercise program I can do. After I saw your video, it motivated me to get up and try your 20 min exercise. I’ve just starting following the workouts and I have NEVER been a athletic sort of person but pushing myself and also having the motivation from you Jo to get through it and have fun has been amazing. It challenged me,thats for sure! 😅 I started my journey in June 2023, I went strong until November, but then my cat of 13 years had to be put down and it put me into a depression.. (starting I weighed 220 and in December I weighed 169) I gained weight back and ended up being 181.. I was eating away my sadness of such a traumatic loss.. I just did this after a week of not working out and indulging in holiday treats! This workout kicked my butt. I had to stop at the 25 mt mark. Ive done Jo's 1 hour workouts as well but this one was challenging for me for some reason. Hope to resume my regular workout routine from today and gain my stamina back.
I’m the same way. I was able to get through it all but felt kinda lightheaded at the end lol (now I know i can’t workout on an empty stomach). I plan to workout 5x week with her videos and do this video 2/5 days to build my stamina and take it slow and do other videos of her for the remaining 3 . This will enable me to keep being consistent while building my stamina if I find this one to hard to do 5x week.. especially once muscles get sore it makes it even harder. Don’t give up ❤
@TheeBrittneynicole that sounds like a good plan! All the best! Let's do this! Also, I usually eat a piece of toast with peanut butter before working out. I know many people work out on empty stomachs, but I personally find that I can actually give my best if I eat something light .

I’ve been working out 1hr Monday-Saturday for a month with Jo videos. And I’ve lost 10lbs in a month 😊I also changed my diet (drink a lot of water too) I cut all sugar and carbs, fast food etc. I’m Mexican so I still eat my delicious food just less 😂. I feel great and I can’t wait to go back to my doctor appt next month to show him I did it without any diet pills. I’m so proud of myself. Omg I’ve been going to gym for 5.5 months doing machines and elliptical to get my strength back up and I tried this workout today and I got thru the entire workout!!! I can’t wait to do more! I’ve got 15 lbs to lose and I’m sure I can get it done soon with your exercises Jo!
I have been struggling with my weight. Then on May 21 2024 I discovered this video and wow this is perfect. I did it to the end and felt like I couldn’t do this again. To be honest I was very sore couldn’t move. May 22 2024 came back did this video again to the end. My body was still crying lol. May 23 2024 came back did it again to the end and this time it felt easier. Still have the sore ness but I realized I had to push through. Here we are Friday May 24 2024 I did this video two times making it an hour. I feel great with minor soreness. I’m still energized and I probably could do another lol.
Here’s what I learned from all this. First spend time with God. Without Him we cannot do the things we want in this life. He gives us the strength to get on through or day. All you have to do is ask Him spend time with him. During the video I was working on my breathing. Instead of huffing and puffing I breathed in through my nose and out the mouth during a hard exercise. Every time I feel tension during a workout I breathe out my mouth through it. When I do this it makes the workout easier.
My plan from here on out is to continue consistently with this video and see how it goes for a month. Tomorrow I will do this video and Sunday will be my rest day. Next week I’ll give one rest during the week and one on weekend. I shall be back with results at the end of June Lord willing😊. Day 4 of doing Jo’s workouts and ngl I struggled with this one. Only managed 20 minutes before I had to stop because I couldn’t push myself to do more. I was annoyed at myself but after a 5 minute breather I reminded myself that it’s been 3YEARS since I done a proper workout and with my pregnancy weight. Tomorrow is a new day to try again

I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder in 2023. After a few sessions of physiotherapy I added some of your workouts and slowly worked on regaining shoulder movements and range. I have had major results in my shoulder still some mild pain and discomfort but for the most part I am able to move and use my shoulder and arm . Thanks Jo for another great workout! So I just did my first run with this, and omg THE BURN IS REAL! For only a 30 minute workout, my body definitely felt it. I'm 8 months post pregnancy with a c-section, and this workout felt so good. It gets you moving without feeling like I'm going to rip my scar or anything. And it has me hyped up, ready to do another workout (and that's with 6 hours sleep). Unlike other workouts that had me feeling exhausted afterwards. So I would definitely recommend this workout

I have been watching and following your channel for years, but was too afraid to try something out of my comfort zone, so I never worked out following along. Until today and I truly can say I regret not starting sooner because in all my years I’ve never had so much much shedding weight! Thank you Queen ! I’m going to stay persistent everyday for the next 6 weeks. 💯💪🏽

As an overweight teenager im trying to lose weight and become strong so today dec 30 will be my first day
Also i would appreciate any tips other than following jo's videos
Day 1 (*Dec 30*): done and sweating hard it will prob get eaiser to do but as of now its not hard just tiring
Day 2 (*Dec 31*): yay! done, like before it's easy but tiring and I don't feel like it's become easier also before doing this workout I had karate (yes i rested for a while before starting)
Day - /happy new year/ (*Jan 1*): I couldnt with celebrations and church
Day - (Jan 2): i dont have an excuse
Day - (Jan 3): was planning for a party
Day - (Jan 4): my birthday party
I'm starting over bc i skipped 4 days in a row
Day 1 (Jan 5):
Okk I haven't done any exercise for months sadly, now i just started to exercise again after shifting my house anyways here's how my months have gone
Feb.. pretty good I didn't exercise but I played sp&orts and walked and did an aerobic dance thing for school
March...June... just sports which I used to hate but now I'm trying to better myself and yea!
July.. I went to India for vacation and I did a little bit of walking but it really wasn't much amd I wouldn't count on it
August.. now! plans to stay consistent and start my fitness journey but now im in a higher grade on school so ive stuck to a 20 min video from Jo!

I am 4 months pregnant with twins and this was GREAT! I have been finding some movements on my regular workouts are hard to maneuver, but I was able to do all of this. Love your videos, Jo! They NEVER disappoint. I am always dripping afterwards!
This one felt so good! I've been doing these workouts plus stretching for about a month now, and this is the first 30 minute video I was able to stick with! I'm feeling more energetic and flexible. I'm even able to give the moves more "bounce" like Jo does. Can't wait to see where I am in another month!
I feel really really lucky to have run into Jo during this time. The way she moves seems so real, attainable. She's really out her just inspiring millions. I love her encouraging words being sprinkled in, plenty of "Hype-face" in the between times. Just wonderful. Thanks

I am absolutely hyped about getting back to Jo's workout again. Last year this time I did her workout for 2 months with an absolute junk diet 😂 and yet managed to lose around 10 pounds. This time I'm starting with a rly good diet plus no sugar. Let's see how this is gonna go. I'm going to beat my old self and lose even more pounds. I'm soooooo hyped. 🎉🎉🎉

I was so disappointed yesterday watching the scale. Monday I was 239 then Thursday I was 244! After working out everyday. I still got up and gave it my all today. Day 5! See you on Monday Jo!

Jo...let me tell you! I did the workout in my kids (age 1 and 3 😅) playroom, while they ran around playing around me. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Then the next day I woke up sore. This is such an awesome workout in a short amount of time! Definitely coming back to this one time and time again!
Ummm do not be deceived by the word “easy” in the thumbnail! 😅 this is my third attempt and my tail has been whooped all 3 times! Burnt over 300 calories and I’m loving it. Thanks Jo ❤

I’m only on day two and I’m so sore but I’m loving how I feel doing it. It’s not just one thing for thirty minutes that drags. I’m trying my hardest to stick to doing this 5 times a week!
This is my first day doing exercise, I saw a tiktok of yours and finally today decided to give it a try, IT WAS AMAZING! I feel so proud because I could finish it. I suffer from vertigo and today I was feeling it and I still could complete it all without feeling sick, this routin is what I needed ❤

i nearly wanted to give up mid way but the pep talk from Jo during the water session just made me stay. I showed up and finished it!
This was perfect for getting me going without wearing me out at the start of the day. Did it outside facing the morning sun and barefoot to kill three birds with one stone. Also it seems to have reduced my morning autoimmune thyroid muscle stiffness. I hope to add this several times a week to my 2x/week strength training.
