  • GET READY for the HEAT! 🔥 This workout starts out slow and relaxed but quickly turns into a sweaty, fun mess. You will have one water break halfway through this workout, so make sure to grab your water bottle (hydration is so important and can help you not overeat after this high exertion workout).
Take your time and go at your pace. If you need to pause the workout, it is totally okay! The point is that we keep our bodies moving and keep our heart rate up to get the burn on!
Comment below your level of sweat on a scale of 1-10 once completing this workout. please remember that everyone sweats at a different rate based on their activity level and biology- sweating is not a measure of how many calories you've burned or how hard you are pushing yourself. It can, however make you feel amazing You are going to feel so good!

Jo this was a great workout! I've been doing your videos 4-5 times a week since Nov. 22 and I've lost 23 pounds! This is the first time in about 6 years I've been able to lose weight. I never put in good effort before. This time I'm eating healthier foods and doing your workouts. I don't always want to workout but I never, ever regret doing it. Your videos make it so much fun!
For those of you just starting out, please keep going! Just a few months ago I was starting too and looking at all the comments, jealous of everyone's progress. I stuck with it and here I am 4 months later almost 25 pounds down. I still have a long way to go but I'm not giving up! I know all too well what happens when I give up... What happens if I stick with it and show up for myself with love and commitment, every day?

I'm so happy to have found your channel. I was up to 300 lbs after my second child and I've been losing weight down to 159 but I found out even with losing weight Im now prediabetic and the main reason is no cardio or heavy physical activity. Being a mom of 4 is so busy but I'm finally making the time that's needed for my health. Thank you so much for your videos. I almost cried today because I made it through this video, yesterday I was 9 minutes short. Today I made it dripping sweat and so proud of myself. I used to work out and be so fit before my kids so I want to show them what mom is really made of. They cheer for me when they see I completed one of your videos. This one is my favorite because it's the hardest and a real good cardio work out. I'm not one for being a fan of anyone especially on RUclips but the consistency of your journey is something to admire and want to take part in. Love it!!!

I cant stress this enough as a person who HATES exercising, it was because I didnt make it a habit. I made it a chore. Watching a movie while working out changed the game for me. Wow Jo!! Honestly I didn't expected this workout was so sweaty! At the first part I had to pause myself a little bit because I wasn't handling it. But I didn't give up and made it all through the end! I crunched the second part maybe because I was totally warmed up by then. For you all that follows Jo's workouts, keep doing!! Believe that you can do it, even it seems you can't. Have faith, believe it!! We are together in this journey of being the best version of ourselves, and this is never to late 💪💪💪💪

Awesome, challenging workout and I feel like I sweat the last bit of impurities/toxins from Covid. Yesterday I decided to do this routine every day alongside 2 Emi Wong's legs workout (10 minutes each) and an abs hiit routine by Fausto Murillo (also 10 minutes long) that have given me great results in the past
    16/12/23 measurements
thighs 55 cm (initially aiming for 53)
    waist: 81 cm
Day 1: ✅ The break in the middle was 5 minutes long instead of 1 lol but I could do the rest without pauses! I put my own playlist and it went by quite fast
Day 2: ✅ Middle break was 3 minutes long. I'll try to push myself every day & improve my resistance. Still making me sweat like crazyyyy!
Day: 3: ✅ played a 1d playlist and it was soo fun i didn't want it to end
Day 4: ❌ Rest day ! I just got home. I had a test today and tomorrow I have another one so I'll be studying! I walked around 30 min though
Day 5: ❌ sorry uni is beating me up 😭😭 but I'm free for the rest of the week :D I'll do my best tomorrow
    Day 6: ✅
Day 7: ✅ did it all without pausing the video once!!! so happy. Sweat level is STILL a 10 lol 😅
Day 8: ✅ the first half was so much easier than it was on day 1 but the second half made me sweat!!! again no pauses :D
Day 9: ❌ rest day! merry christmasss
