I did this for the first time and didn't manage to do everything fully after half time and rn I can't even walk ot stand properly 💀 i'm sitting from last 10 minutes because of the muscle spasms. It's such a great workout!!! Can't wait to do it everyday and be able to finish fully 😊 Reminder to everyone to not push yourself beyond the body limit to try and do everything! You'll gradually get there, give your body time to adjust and be kind to yourself ❤
@@skyle53 I got very sick the day after doing this because I pushed myself too much ig! I was in bedrest the whole day. I resumed 3 days later and it gradually got more convenient! But now I've switched to another video exercise that's 20mins long ☺ All the best!! Doing it daily really helps with building strength and stamina. Wishing you success ❤

Day 1(11 april) Completed , weight - 73.5kgs Day 2 completed , but unable to complete all skipped 4 exercise Day 3 completed, could not able to do all but tried my level best and did cycling for 30 mins Day 4 completed but i did not do all the exercises, i am following other video as well so combinedly completed today's work out For four days I could able to see the difference in my weight with this workout and also other workout plus diet and cycling when ever I have time Now my weight is 72.85 - April 15
I love how this workout starts with cardios first which is essentially to burn fat all around. and then goes further to target the abs and leg's and not just trying to spot reduce fat. It's the kind of workout that wont shrink your booty and not too exhausting. GREAT WORKOUT!!!
I don’t even know how I ended up getting to that video to be honest, maybe the clickbait got me curious. Firstly, form the three minutes I was looking at it .. skipping, let me say this… Ladies and gentlemen, it’s not.. bad, you’re moving, and you’ll be burning some calories with these( some of them pointlessly weird) exercises, if you do that for 15 minutes. How much? Well depends on your weight ( assuming that you follow that fit looking girl and her tempo) best guess is about 110-170 for 15 minutes…. And to answer the question , no it doesn’t burn belly fat, it will burn fat, because of calorie exertion, and no, it is impossible to spot reduce fat… the laws of anatomy and physiology are at play here. As for my advice to people .. if you like doing this, do it, but be careful of your expectations. And for the rest, steady state walking on an incline treadmill for example for 30 minutes, will probably burn more calories. And lastly, please remember, that your diet is the biggest factor when it comes to fat loss, cardio is a tool for it, apart from being great for your health.
You cant burn localized fat, cardio makes you have a smaller fat percentage everywhere. That's why you have to do strength exercises to make the muscles you want bigger while losing fat.

But I definitely felt the burn. Day 2: Skipped Day 3✅: It was much harder than day 1😭 Day 4: ✅ Day 5: Skipped again(cuz I'm lazy) Day 6✅: Done Day7:✅ I've lost 1kg in a week, which is a lot. I did this workout and ate less than usual. I'll do it for another week, then update Y'alllll it's been 3 weeksss, and I'm 75kg/165 lbs now.
