I was 200 lbs 3 months ago now im 185 lbs 5’3 can’t wait for this work out i always do 2 of your work out every day one 15-17 min and last work out i choose your longer video between 36 to 45 min it helped me a lot

@@cristinatelenait’s a slow enough pace that you can go into it. She starts off in those first few minutes warming the body up. Other videos that’s cardio warms the body up as you go. Some of them have a slow down and stretch at the end.
I found your channel january 20th 2024 and on that day i took a picture of myself and started working out to your videos. February 20th i take another picture of myself and literally cried.. not only have i lost 25 lbs in 10 weeks, i have muscle definition. I thought that losing weight was my main goal but more importantly i discovered that i feel better mentally and physically, i sleep better and i have so much energy and stamina. I work out 6 days a week, 30 minute cardio or hiit cardio and 30 minute strength workout. Thank you for putting yourself out there and being a light in the darkness for people like me.

I'm not a beginner but I haven't been feeling well the last couple days. I didn't want to lose my routine so I found this 15 minute workout to get some movement in. It was harder than I thought. I definitely broke a sweat but ended up feeling a lot better after I finished the workout. Thank you, Jo!
I have to say: usually I am not a fan of the kind of workouts where the instructor talks throughout but this? This was very nice and pleasant! Wouldn't mind more workouts like this

I havent worked out in a while! I start and am good for a few weeks but fall off. Here I am again starting, and loved this full body video! Used water bottles, will do again w weights! Yesterday did yr new sweat video and a stomach one. This time giving myself 3 months, doing intermittent fasting, and looking into calorie deficit too! Lord, help me! Update: Did this today (again) after last night. This time with 5lb weights!! Holy crap! Kicked my butt! Loved it with the weights!! You definitely feel it! Only 16 minutes and you feel it!! May stay with this for a few more days & incorporate a 20-25 video w it!! Yes!! On a mission!! Thank You Jo!!
I’ve been overweight since I was around 8, I’m now in my teenage years and a year ago I use to workout to your videos. I lost weight and felt so much better until I stopped and gained weight again. I’m starting to finally workout and my first thought in mind was to come here, love your videos❤
Jo, I really enjoyed this slower pace of weight lifting. I was still sweating but able to really concentrate on my form since I am a newborn beginner. Please do more of these

I’ve been following your videos for about 3 weeks along with daily cardio on an exercise bike, no notable weight changes (yet!) but I already feel so much better and noticed I can easily keep up playing with my dog for so much longer now. Wish I started sooner but it’s better than never! ❤
This was awesome! Thank you so much for these gentle body workouts. I started working out again yesterday and I didn't wan't to overwork myself, but still, I wanted to good sweat. This was perfect and great for any mom who wants to strengthen stability in their core again.
Tell you why I love this workout soooooo much!! (ps. today was the first time I tried this one). I have my favorites of her videos for sure!! But this with Jo talking and just hearing her voice like she was talking to me as a friend and coach was AWESOME!! I felt like she was genuine and caring with the person on the other side of the screen. It was real and not fake or rehearsed.

Heyyy Jooo ! This is much needed as strength training was very important... Please add some face fat exercises too which can help us and few exercises like squats , deadlifts , jumping jacks etc too

In most weight lifting RUclips videos I feel rushed and like the workout is too easy for the instructor. This workout gave me plenty of time while being able to show that it was also affecting Jo! I loved this!
